With reference to the subject cited , it is to inform that 75 institutions who are having poor intake, pass percentage & scope of Mal Practice in the Colleges/Institutions are attached to nearest Govt./Private Polytechnics as furnished in the list attached herewith. In this connection you are directed to follow the instructions for implementing jumbling system while giving wide spread communication to students to get prepared for the change.
TS SBTET Diploma Examinations Oct/Nov 2017 – Jumbling Centers List
1.OMR of jumbled /attached institution will be sent to host Institutions & Hall Tickets of jumbling college students will be issued on the name of host institution.
2. It is the sole responsibility of jumbled institutions to depute the staff member along with NRs to host institution and verify the OMRs and arrange, as per time table (date wise and session wise) during the exam days.
3. During the exam days one staff member from attached Institution is to be deputed to check and support the host Institution regarding the genuineness of the candidates and other exam related issues.
4. The jumbled Institutions shall spare the services of its teaching faculty for invigilation duties to the pool of SBTET.
The host institution Principals/Chief Superintendents are requested to arrange for collection of NR, OMR and other stationery from Jumbled colleges besides preparing proper seating plan in jumbled pattern along with other students. In no case the candidates are to be made to sit exclusively institution wise. The hosting college is further informed to arrange to pay the invigilation Duty Remuneration as per norms of SBTET from the Advance given.
