JNTUGV Online Certificate Services OD, PC CMM, Transcripts (Examination Portal)

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Gurajada, Vizianagaram (JNTU-GV) is pleased to announce the launch of Online Certificate Services through the University Examination Portal with effect from 06 July 2026.

This digital initiative enables students to apply for University certificates online, ensuring a transparent, efficient, and convenient application process.

Certificate Services Available

Students can submit online applications for the following certificate services:

• Original Degree (OD)
• Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
• Provisional Certificate (PC)
• Migration Certificate
• Duplicate Certificates
• Transcripts
• Correction Certificates
• Other University certificate-related services

How to Apply

1. Visit the JNTU-GV Examination Portal.
2. Register/Login to your account.
3. Select the required certificate service.
4. Fill in the application with the required details.
5. Upload the necessary supporting documents (where applicable).
6. Pay the prescribed fee through the online payment gateway.
7. Submit the application.

Application Processing

• The submitted application will be forwarded to the respective College Administrator for verification.
• The College Administrator will verify the details with the College and University records.
• After verification, the application will be forwarded to the University for scrutiny.
• Upon successful verification, the certificate will be processed and issued.
• Depending on the certificate type, the certificate will be dispatched either directly to the applicant or to the concerned college through Registered Post/Speed Post.

Important Instructions

Applicants are advised to ensure that:

• Personal details entered in the application are accurate.
• Hall Ticket Number, Candidate Name, Parent’s Name, Date of Birth, Programme, Branch, Month & Year of Passing, and other particulars are entered correctly.
• All supporting documents are uploaded wherever required.
• The information furnished matches the University records.

Applications containing incorrect or incomplete information may be delayed, rejected, or returned for correction.

Instructions for College Administrators

College Administrators shall carefully verify every application before approval by confirming:

• Student particulars with College and University records.
• Supporting documents submitted by the applicant.
• Accuracy and completeness of all information.

Approval of incorrect or misleading information will be treated seriously, and appropriate action may be initiated in accordance with the University rules and regulations.
