CANDIDATES OF AFFILIATED and AUTONOMOUS COLLEGES UNDER JNTUGV JURISDICTION APPEARING FOR THE ABOVE EXAMINATIONS THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AS PER THE TIME SCHEDULE GIVEN BELOW

• With Late Fee of Rs.500/- 29.10.2026
• With Late fee of Rs.1000/- 31.10.2026

EXAMINATION FEE

FOR EACH SUBJECT (THEORY / PRACTICAL) Rs.7,500/-

Note: i. Principals are requested to verify the eligibility of the candidates for registration for examination in respect of malpractice/court cases/credits.

ii. Hall Tickets are to be issued by the Principal only to the eligible candidates who fulfill the academic requirements of the University. The Principals are requested to inform the students that mere payment of examination fee does not guarantee eligibility for appearing for examination.

iii. The Principal’s are requested to submit the filled in Applications to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, JNTU Gurajada, Vizianagaram on 06.11.2026 and 10.11.2026.

iv. The Candidates have to collect Hall ticket at the respective colleges.

v. The Principals are informed that students transferred orders (Issued by the Government) are to be submitted along with the filled applications.

vi. All the Candidates shall enclose the syllabus copies, Course Structures, relevant academic regulations, model question paper template, etc. (attested by the principal) of the failed subjects compulsory along with the filled application and attested copies of marks memos.

vii. Attested copies of marks memos (By the Principal) should be enclosed along with application.

viii. The Payment of Total Examination Fee (Without Fine/Rs. 100 Fine/Rs. 1000 Fine) has to be made through Online Link provided in the portal from 03.11.2026 to 05.11.2026. After Payment a “Payment Form” will be generated, which has to be printed and submitted along the application form.
