Also, I can see lot of difference between last year allotment and this year allotment.
I got 21133 rant in EAMCET 2018. I didn't get allotment in colleges I expected. If I go for 2nd counselling, can I get seat as per last year data. Also, is there anything like 3rd counselling.

yeah bro u are right .I got a rank of 8283 in AP EAMCET(NON-LOCAL).even then i DIDNOT get any seat in atleast JNTU NARASARAOPET(whose last year cutoff for CSE was 12500!!)there is a difference of more than 4000 ranks and even then,i didnot get the seat in that college.i didnot get any college now!!!
