All the Principals of AP Model Schools are informed that a press notification has been issued for conducting Entrance test for admission into class VI into 164 Model Schools in the State for the academic year 2021-22.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని 164 మోడల్ స్కూల్స్ (ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలల)లో 2021-2022 విద్యా సంవత్సరమునకు 6 వ తరగతి లో విద్యార్థులను లాటరీ ద్వారా చేర్చుకొనుటకై ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుచున్నవి. ఈ ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలలో బోధనా మాధ్యమము ఆంగ్లములో ఉండును. ఈ పాఠశాలలో విద్యనభ్యసించుటకు ఎటువంటి ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయబడవు. 

ప్రవేశ అర్హతలు : –

1) వయస్సు: ఒ.సి., బి.సి. (OC, BC) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్ధులు 01-09-2009 మరియ 31-08-2011 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి. యస్.సి., యస్.టి. (SC, ST) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్ధులు 01-09-2007 మరియు 31-08 -2011 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి. 

2) సంబంధిత జిల్లాలలో ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలలో నిరవధికంగా 2019-20 మరియు 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరములు చదివి ఉండాలి. 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో 5 వ తరగతి చదువుతూ ప్రమోషన్ అర్హత పొంది ఉండాలి. 

3) దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి ముందుగా వివరాలతో కూడిన సమాచార పత్రము కొరకు www.cse.ap.gov.in/apms.ap.gov.in చూడగలరు.

దరఖాస్తు చేయు విధానము:

అభ్యర్థులు పై అర్హత పరిశీలించి సంతృప్తి చెందిన తర్వాత తేది. 16-04-20201 నుండి 15.05.2021 వరకు net banking/credit/debit card లను ఉపయోగించి gate way ద్వా ర అప్లికేషన్ రుసుము చెల్లించిన తరువాత వారికి ఒక జనరల్ నెంబరు కేటాయించబడును. ఆ జనరల్ నెంబరు ఆధారముగా ఏదేని ఇంటర్ నెట్ కేంద్రములో www.cse.ap.gov.in/apms.ap.gov.in (Online లో ) దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనవలయును.

: OC మరియు BC లకు : రూ. 100/- (అక్షరాల 100/- రూపాయలు మాత్రమే) SC మరియు ST లకు : రూ. 50/- (అక్షరాల 50/- రూపాయలు మాత్రమే) 

Further it is informed that the Principals are requested to give wide publicity and to put their best efforts for full enrolment.

• a. A press note is to be issued in all local news papers under news item.
• b. The services of PGTs and TGTs may be utilized for visiting all villages where Primary Schools are located in the catchment area of the Model School. The advantages in taking admission into Model Schools should be explained to parents i.e., free and quality Education, free books, free uniform, free food in the afternoon (Mid- Day-Meal), good infrastructure facilities, library and laboratory facilities, 
• c. Highly qualified teachers, extra study hours and particularly stressing that the medium of instruction is English.
• d. Meetings with self help groups, parents etc., may be organized to publicize the objectives of Model Schools and the importance.
• e. The parents may be ensured that “once the admission is taken in VI class, the entire education of their children up to II year Intermediate” will be looked after by the Government.
• f. Pamphlets are to be printed and distributed in surrounding villages of Model Schools narrating the advantages of studying in Model Schools.
• g. Flexies may be displayed in important places i.e., in O/o Mandal Revenue Officer, Mandal Resource Centres, in village secretariats and prominent places in Mandal.
• h. Awareness Programme should be conducted at school Level along with MEO, Elementary School head teacher and parents. i. Coaching classes to students may be conducted freely for a week or so on to boost up their confidence and for effective answering the admission test.
• All the Principals of Model Schools are instructed to take necessary steps for giving wide publicity on VI class Entrance Test. There shall be no admission in APMS without the student clearing the entrance Examination.
