Candidates who completed certificate verification in 1st Phase may not attend for the certificate verification in 2nd Phase but must exercise web options.

AUCET & AUEET-2019 SCHEDULE FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION / COUNSELING

The schedule for certificate verification / counseling for admission into various P.G. courses in Sciences, Arts & Commerce, Law offered by A.U Campus Colleges, A.U affiliated Colleges and Gujarada Apparao University, Vizianagaram and 6-Year B.Tech.+M.Tech. Dual degree programmes offered in A.U. College of Engineering (A) and A.U. College of Engineering for women :

SCHEDULE FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION / COUNSELING

Candidates having AUCET/AUEET-2019 ranks (for all categories) are required to be present on the scheduled date and time at any of the notified helpline centres with the below mentioned certificates. The registration fee for Certificate Verification / Counseling is Rs.500/- ( Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PHC). The registration fee shall be paid through the online from 28th May, 2019 or may be paid at the bank counter at the Helpline centre.

The reservation roaster point for the special category and general category are available in the websites : www.andhrauniversity.edu.in and www.auvspdoa.in. The candidates are advised to go through the website before attending the Certificate Verification / Counseling.

Certificates Required for AUCET Counselling 2019

All the candidates should bring all the relevant Original Certificates and Documents as listed below:

1. Hall Ticket.

2. Rank Card.

3. Statements of Marks.

4. Provisional Certificate / Original Degree.

5. Transfer Certificate.

6. Study Certificates for at least 7 years ending with qualifying examination issued by the Principals / Heads of the respective institutes

OR

Local Candidate Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format for private study.

7. Conduct Certificates from the institution where the candidate last studied.

8. Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C. or equivalent).

9. Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EBC/Kapu candidates.

10. Latest Income Certificate issued by the competent authority (valid for 4 years) or white ration card in case of eligible SC/ST/BC/EBC/Kapu candidates claiming fee concession.

11. Certificate in the prescribed form in respect of claim under special category (NCC, NSS, CAP, SPORTS and PH) whereever applicable.

12. Migration Certificate in the case of candidates from Universities other than the University where the admission is sought.

13. Physical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Officer, Andhra University or from a Govt. Assistant Civil Surgeon.

14. One attested copy of all the above certificates/documents, and additionally 3 copies of each of TC, Caste & Income certificates.
