BHU PET Marking Scheme, Negative Marking

Students who have come across the examination must be aware of the negative marking.

• 3 marks will be given for the correct answer.
• 1 marks will be deducted for the wrong answer.
• 0 Marks will be allotted for the un-answered question.

Competitors must get the required cutoff marks/qualifying marks to clear the PET examination. The Banaras Hindu University is going to release the merit list of qualified candidates. Competitors who qualify the entrance test with requisite qualifying marks/cutoff marks will be shortlisted in the BHU PET merit list. The qualified candidates can get the admission in PG Courses as per their preference. ‘

BHU PET Tie-breaker Or Inter Se Marking

Candidates qualifying the graduate degree with good merit and qualifying the PET can get the admission on first priority. If two candidates scoring a similar percentage of marks then the priority will be given for their specialized subject. Or if the candidates scoring the equal marks in the specialized subject as well, then the priority will be given on the basis of their date of birth.

BHU PET Admission Process 2020

After the declaration of the results, the BHU PET will send the email, SMS of the result to the appeared candidates on their registered email ids and mobile numbers.

After that, the university will send the call letters through email/SMS options. And there will not be any postal dispatch of the call letters. Candidates have to take the printout of the call letter and have to attend the counseling process on the said dates.

Banaras Hindu University will conduct the admission process for the qualified aspirants. Eligible candidates qualifying the BHU PET will be called for the counseling process. As per the reports we got, the BHU is going to conduct the admission process in the month of July [tentatively]. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit index. Candidates must have to attend the counseling with required educational documents, and have to pay the tuition fee if they got the admission.
