Bihar State Board conducts the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test every year. The test is specially intended to hire the personnel to train the children in class IX and Class X for Secondary School and children in Class XI and XII for higher secondary school. There is no negative marking in stet exam, right sir.. but I got 74.6 in stet exam ,how?? This I couldn't understand. Either I can get 74 or 75 but 74.6.. I couldn't get in my mind.. so please reply to me sir how it happen?
