Delhi Transco Limited, a successor company of erstwhile Delhi Vidyut Board, came into existence on 1st July 2002, as a State Transmission Utility of the National Capital. After unbundling of DVB the distribution sector has been handed over to private companies while the generation and transmission are still with the government. Over the years, DTL has evolved as a most dynamic performer, keeping pace with the manifold challenges that confront the ever increasing demand-supply power situation and achieving functional superiority on all fronts.
Employment Notice:
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment of 33 Assistant Manager (T) in Delhi Transco Limited (A wholly owned Company of Govt. of NCT of Delhi), on Direct Recruitment basis through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2017. The details of the qualification, experience, pay scale and other criteria are furnished below; Last date of submission of application is 20.02.2018.

Educational Qualification:-
- Asstt. Mgr. (T) – Electrical: Degree in Electrical Engg. or Equivalent from a recognized University.
- Asstt. Mgr. (T) – IT: Degree in IT Engg. or Equivalent from a recognized University.
- Asstt. Mgr. (T) – CS: Degree in Computer Engg. or Equivalent from a recognized University.
- Asstt. Mgr. (T) – Disaster Management & Safety: Degree in Electrical, or Equivalent from a recognized University.
Age Limit:- Upper age not exceeding 28 years, as on last date of receipt of applications. Relaxations will be applicable as per the Government norms.
Reservation:- Reservations for SC/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates will be provided as per Government guidelines.
Application Process:-
Applicants are required to read the instructions carefully and fill-in the On-line application form giving accurate information including the GATE-2017 marks and payment details. After successful registration, system will generate a Unique Registration Number. Candidates are required to keep the printout of the application form which will be generated by the system after successful registration. No request with respect to the change in any data entered by the candidate will be entertained once the application is submitted successfully.
*Before registering and submitting their applications on the website, the candidate should possess the following: –

iii) Scan copy of recent passport size color photograph with white back ground
iv) Scan copy of the candidate signature
v) Demand Draft no
vi) Gate 2017 marks
Application Fees:- Applicants have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favor of Delhi Transco Limited. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the registration fee.
Along with the draft also enclose a printout of the application form and the following documents:
i. Date of Birth – Matriculation Certificate/Birth Certificate.
ii. All Educational Qualification documents for following examination
1. Matriculation (10th)
2. Intermediate (10+2)
3. Degree Certificates
4. Additional Qualification, if any
5. Gate 2017 score card
6. Caste certificate (for application against Reserved category)
iii. Experience/Service Certificate on the letter head of the Company clearly indicating the post held, period of service, gross emoluments, area of experience as proof of post qualification Experience duly certified by Organization concerned – If any.
iv. Aadhaar &/or Pan Card or any other Govt. Id Proof (Voter Id, Driving License & Passport)
