JNTUH No Credit-based Detentions During the AY 2020-21 Clarifications

Sub: JNTUH – Exam Branch- No credit-based detentions during the AY 2020-21- Clarifications– Reg.

In compliance with the directions of AICTE/TSCHE, all the students who are detained due to shortage of credits in the academic year 2019-20 or in the previous academic years are promoted to study next year of his/her course. The same information was already communicated to all the Principals (point 4 in ref. cited above).

Accordingly if any student, who was detained due to shortage of credits, approaches your college, such students may be given re-admission. You are also informed to identify all such students who were detained due to shortage of credits in any of the previous academic years and intimate about their promotion, so that such students will be benefitted.

Further the students who have not registered for the semester exams are also eligible for promotion.

It is proposed to conduct the IV semester MBA examinations along with IV-II semester B.Tech. / B.Pharm. examinations from 16-09-2020. The exam centers preferences given by the MBA students shall also be considered for the allotment of exam centers.

The service for the registration of semester exams (with applicable late fee) for final semester B.Tech / B.Pharmacy / MBA University exams shall be made available from 31-08-2020.

      Backlogs were not cleared to any one only for this year all are promoted to next year .in the next they should clear all backlogs including these ones.

      hi danush
      it means "regardless of your result i.e no matter how many backlogs you have , u rpromoted to next year. "
      for ex : if you r in 1st yr then you are promoted to 2nd year
      it applies to 2nd & 3rd yrs as well.
