The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

Step-1:- Registration

Terms and Conditions(step-I)

Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate

  1. Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by  person and then upload the modified details.
  2. Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
  3. Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
  4. Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
  5. Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
  6. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
  7. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
  8. NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.

Upload Personal Details (Step-II)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
  • Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
  • Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
  • Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
  • The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
  • Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers
  • The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes

  • Except Original Degree Certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university by applied student only.
Upload Documents (Step-III)
  • Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.

Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
  • Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
  • Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
  • Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
  • Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
  • Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

    I have done payment of 1500Rs/- ,but it is showing an invalid credential.Even after payment it shows 3rd step is pending.Please respond to our comments .Graduates who are going to apply even now see the comments first before you apply.

  7. I was trying to apply for od since last 3 day., on last day (22-03-2019) first i have paid 1500 rupees through SBI and it shown payment successful.
    after few minutes again its shown that its unsuccesful.
    so again i have paid 1500 rupees from karur vysa bank, money was deducted but application status was still pending.
    totally 3000 rupees were debited. i dont have money to pay again.
    please do take immediate action sir, and please let me know what i have to do now

    • same thing happened to me….
      i had paid twice and fortunately the second transaction is successful.
      save the transaction details for further process.
      as per the instructions given by the JNTU the additional amount paid will be refunded in 7 working days.
      hope we'll get the money back 🙂

    I completed payment and when i proceeded to next step, i could not find any option to browse and upload my documents. Currently, i could not even login the site.

    So, can you please tell what is the reason for extending the date where there is no use with site ?

  10. i completed all the process given in the instructions. payment is done, during the final step after payment it is not showing any payment details in the payment recipt. i tried it again the next day, but its showing invalied credentials. no refund is done, not able to open my account and not even able to creat new account its showing the mail id and hallticket no are already in use. the helpline centers are always busy. i even mailed my problem to the jntu web site 2 days back no responce is given.

  14. Hai i have done an excess payment for my first transaction it was failed but the money was debited and for my second payment done successfully can u please suggest me to request to an excess payment request to jntuk.

    what is the use of extending the date without proper working of your website
    it is showing the message "invalid credentials" even after entering the proper details
    and if in case it is login it is showing that all phase are in pending even after completing 3 phase and some times it is showing all the phases are completed without completionand for the 4th phase it is not displaying uploading link to upload the documents
    this is the worst website i have ever seen

  16. The last date is extended to 25 March for that thanks, but the web site is not responding at all. Why the maintenance is worst please do it fast, I am stuck at uploading files my payment is done. Thank you for further help.

Sir all your money gone u been taken your money but no use u cannot maintain the site all your fees detected from respective bank u been sitting on chair come and apply I will extend some more days give money to jntuk u been telling sir hat you gone on do with this money to build another block reply sir or send my money back please do something
