PC/CMM APPLICATION IN ONLINE TATKAL MODE
Download the PC and CMM application here with the year of admission: Before R16 / 2016 Onwards. Lateral students admitted in 2016 should choose the application Before 2016.
Please fill up the PC&CMM application form and submit it with the following documents.
- The Xerox copies of the following, with the attestation of the college principal:
- Undertaking letter provided by the college
- Xerox copy of SSC certificate
- Xerox copies of Mark memos for all the semesters
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card.
- Xerox copy of online payment
Payment Details:
- Make the payment through SBI COLLECT
- The Payment amount is Rs. 3,000/- for Tatkal PC and CMM

I was applied for my PC on 28 September with hall ticket no. 15X91A0332. Still i haven't get any information when it will come to my college.
if your college has applied on the same date of your application you should get it in 3 months to 4 months

Dear sir/madam i get finished my B.TECH from jntuk affiliated college without any backlogs and I apply for PC( normal provisional certificate) with 15JU1A0340 on 11/7/2019 with corrected marks after obtaining the results of revaluation . It is very urgent for me to apply migration certificate for I'm go for higher studies in IIT there I need to submit PC &MIGRATION certificates with in 30/8/2019.so, kindly send my PC immediately. NO. As you are from R13 regulation you are not eligible for leaving 2 subjects which means you have to clear all semester exams. As you said you have only one backlog you have to apply for grace marks first and then you have to apply for PC.

blocklogs can not be leave, If you have backlogs then it will be possible.
R10 regulation batch is eligible for leaving up to 2 subjects. So you can apply for a PC.
