The Pre Ph.D Examinations for the candidates registered for Ph.D Programme (admitted during Academic Year 2013-14, 2012-13, 2010-11 and prior batches) with JNTUK and applied against notification dated 2nd June 2014 will be conducted on 23rd, 25th & 27th August 2014. The candidates are hereby informed to note the following:
The Examinations will be conducted between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm at University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Kakinada.
The Hall Tickets can be collected from the Office of the Directorate of Evaluation, JNTUK, Kakinada during 21st & 22nd August 2014. No Hall Tickets will be issued on the day of Examinations.
Any discrepancy in the time table should be brought to the notice of the undersigned through
Email (dejntukkd@gmail.com / chs_eee@yahoo.co.in) or Fax: 0884-2340545. No communications / clarifications over the Phone will be entertained.
Besides Hall Ticket, the candidate has to produce the identity card issued by R&D, JNTUK, Kakinada at the time of entering into the Examination Hall.
