JNTUK Procedure & Instructions For Applying ONLINE OD (Convocation -V)

The Fifth Convocation of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Kakinada is tentatively scheduled to be held in Last Week of October 2015 for the students who have completed degree programmes in the academic years 2013-14 & 2014-15. The date and venue of Convocation, Gold medalist details, fee and other details can be viewed from www.jntuk.edu.in The application can be submitted ONLINE from 24-08-2015 from the web link www.jntuk.edu.in The last date for the submission of online applications is 10-11-2015.

Applying for on_line OD is extended for 2015 passed out candidates ( both UG and PG ) and 2014 passed out candidates of PG upto 10-11-2015.

you can make the bank payment from monday (i.e. on 12-10-15) onwards.

Important Note: The candidates who are passed outs from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada during the years (2014,2015) and obtained their Provisional Degree certificates on or before 24-AUG-2015 and not received their Original Degree certificate under Pre-Convocation are eligible for obtaining their Original Degree certificates in Vth Convocation.

good evening
i was 2015 passout from b.tech and i was eligible for the v convacation that the jntuk is going to conduct in the last weak of october
but now the problem is that during the bank payment i had made the mistake of typing the wrong hallticket number what i have to now
please help me with this problem as the last date for the application is approaching

After entering the hall ticket number and year of pass out in the top section (APPLY FOR CONVOCATION tab) even though i entered the DU number and mobile number it is showing INVALID HALLTICKET number.I have made the payment on 31-Aug-2015.Please help me with this.

I am 2014 B.Tech passed out in stream of E.E.E. As I don't have 2-1 & 4-2 semester marks memo with me. could you please suggest me how to apply an online OD application form ASAP.

I completed my payment on sep 1st. Reprint Filled Application is showing invalid hall ticket number. As u sugguested ,I tried to fill my application between 10am-4pm but its showing the same..plz kindly help me……..

  Just enter your hall ticket number and year of pass out in the top section (APPLY FOR CONVOCATION tab) and submit…
  you will go to the details input page, and the process continues as usual…
  you must input payment code completely including "DU" ex., DU010201920
  Reprint application option will only work only when you successfully submit your application (just for re-printing, the name suggests)
  BTW, the site is working now, may be they've changed their server timings…

  First enter ur HT num and year of pass and click on submit button.and then enter DU num&mobile num now u can proceed

I completed my bank payment ,,,but all mar memo's are nto uploaded even size is less than 500kb……….please solve my problem as early as possible……..

  Retry 3-4 times
  if problem persists
  Make sure the file size is less than 500kb in properties (right click -> properties -> check whether any size is larger than 500kb, size and size on disk, you will see complete 4 sizes, make sure everything is below 500kb)
  If that's not the case, try to make a collage of photos on single page (i.e., 8 photos on a single page with higher resolution, without much loss of quality), I've made my pdf in this format and it's uploaded successfully.

  1.scan the copy jpeg format
  2.open with in Microsoft office
  3. in that edit option is there at the top click on that.
  4.left side some options will be shown in that click on compress picture
  5.In that select on web page or document then the picture size will be reduced then take a print as pdf document.

I have made the bank payment for Online OD (Convocation 5). Regarding that I have updated my personal details successfully and during updation of my tenth, PC, CMM, MMS they are not uploading even the size & format of file is in between 50kb-200kb & PDF also. Please revert to my query as soon as possible.

  it only opens when they turn on the servers at JNTUK exam cell, i.e., regular working time only… So try to open it in between 10AM-4PM i.e., on college schedule…
