NOTIFICATION FOR Special Supplementary Examinations to be conducted in March, 2024
- I, II, III & IV B.TECH – I & II SEMESTERS FOR CANDIDATES ADMITTED IN OR, NR, RR, R05, R07, R10, R13 & R16 REGULATIONS [For the Candidates admitted in 2015 & Prior batches (Under Regular Scheme) and Candidates admitted in 2017& Prior batches (Under Lateral Entry Scheme) who have completed their four year of regular course within 8 years and three years of regular course work within 6 years (class work) and having backlog subjects]

SRIKAKULAM, VIZIANAGARAM AND VISAKHAPATNAM DISTRICTS AFFILIATED COLLEGES STUDENTS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR FOR THESE EXAMINATIONS.
CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR THE ABOVE EXAMINATIONS ARE INFORMED THAT THE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, KAKINADA, JNTUK, KAKINADA ONLY. THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AS PER THE TIME SCHEDULE GIVEN BELOW
EXAM REGISTRATION & IMPORTANT DATES :
- Without Late Fee: 03-02-2024
- With Late Fee of Rs.500/- 07-02-2024
- With Late fee of Rs.1000/- 09-02-2024
EXAMINATION FEE : FOR EACH SUBJECT (THEORY / PRACTICAL) Rs. 1500/-
All Years B.Tech/B.Pharmacy Special Supply Notification March 2024 (REVISED)
Note:
1. A common application form for all the B.Tech/B.Pharmacy Examinations available in the website, is to be filled by the candidates giving all the details without fail. A separate application is to be submitted for each semester.
2. Applications should be enclosed with the attested (by the principal) Photocopies of latest marks memos containing failed subjects along with the application without fail.
3. All the candidates should enclose the attested (by the principal) syllabus copies of the failed subjects compulsory along with the filled in applications.
4. The Payment of Total Examination Fee (Without Fine/Rs. 100 Fine/Rs. 1000 Fine) has to be made through Online Link provided in the portal from 30.01.2024 to 31.01.2024. After Payment a “Payment Form” will be generated, which has to be printed and submitted along the application form.
5. The College has to submit the printed Payment Form and filled in student application on 02.02.2024 and 03.02.2024 at the Office of Controller of Examinations, JNTUK, Kakinada without fail.
6. Lab/Project Viva examinations will also be conducted at University College of Engineering, Kakinada, JNTUK, Kakinada.
7. Candidates will have to download Hall Tickets from www. jntukexams.net 8. Detailed Time Tables of Theory Examinations and Lab/Project Viva will be notified on JNTUK website (www.jntuk.edu.in or www.jntukexams.net)

Please conduct exams immediately after the completion of elections, preferably at the end of May or June. Last year, exams were also not conducted on time; they were actually held in March. Please understand the students’ points – we have lost so much of our career opportunities. This is humble request.

We kindly request that exams be conducted immediately after the completion of elections, preferably at the end of May or beginning of June. Last year, exams were not held on time as per the previously scheduled plan; they took place in March instead. In the notifications it was mentioned like exams will be conducted in march 2024 but now in march we didn’t even get exam time table. Now march was completed in April also almost 5 days completed. Please try to understand our situation and we are waiting for the special supply exam time table….sir
