All Principals of affiliated colleges (UG & PG Courses) are hereby informed that the Fee Payment for Tatkal Provisional Certificates, Original Degree Certificates, Migration Certificates, is to be made through Online. Further it is informed the same and may be intimate to the students.
PC/CMM APPLICATION IN ONLINE TATKAL MODE
Download the PC and CMM application here with the year of admission: Before R16 / 2016 Onwards. Lateral students admitted in 2016 should choose the application Before 2016.
Please fill up the PC&CMM application form and submit it with the following documents.
- The Xerox copies of the following, with the attestation of the college principal:
- Undertaking letter provided by the college
- Xerox copy of SSC certificate
- Xerox copies of Mark memos for all the semesters
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card.
- Xerox copy of online payment
Payment Details:
- Make the payment through SBI COLLECT
- The Payment amount is Rs. 3,000/- for Tatkal PC and CMM

Submit the following documents to the University Examination Center Counter, JNTUK.
