Nalin Khandelwal, boy from Rajasthan, has emerged as the All India Topper in NEET exam. Nalin scored 701 marks out of the total 720 marks. Second All India Topper, Bhavik Bansal is from Delhi and third topper Akshat Kaushik is from Uttar Pradesh. Both second and third toppers have scored 700 marks in total. A percentile indicates the number of candidates who scored above or below the respective candidates. NEET Seats Reservation
- 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates.

NEET Raw Score
The raw score is calculated based on the marks obtained by the aspirants. 4 marks will be allotted for the right answer and 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong attempt. Also, 1 mark will be deducted if the candidate selects more than 1 option. Finally, the score will be calculated and that will be the NEET Raw score.
NEET Percentile will be calculated based on the number of candidates who scored more and less than the candidate.
NEET All India Rank
NTA will released the All India Rank List based on the percentile scored by the competitors.

- Who opted for 15% All India Quota.
The NTA will be handed over the AIR merit list to Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. DGHS give it to Medical Counselling Committee, who then holds online NEET counseling.
Candidates appeared for the NEET examination 2019 can check the tie-breaker rules from the following.
- Initially, Biology (Botany and Zoology) marks scored by the candidates will be considered. Candidates with higher marks in Biology are allocated higher rank.
- If the above is not sufficient, then the marks of the candidates in Chemistry test are checked. Again, the candidate with higher rank gets higher marks.
- Tier still persists, then the number of attempts is counted and the candidate who has less incorrect answers gets the higher rank.
- Lastly, to break the tie, the age of the candidate is considered. The older candidate is allocated a higher rank.
