Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, or IISER postponed the registration process to 29 April. Candidates seeking to get admission in IISER can apply at the IISER official website, iiseradmission.in. The application process will be completed by 29 May 2022. Earlier the IISER application process was scheduled to be held from 25th April, while it has been pushed to 29th April.

The IISER or IAT examination is scheduled to be held on 3 July 2022, Sunday. IISER exam will be conducted in one shift 2pm to 5pm. The IISER entrance test will be conducted in Bhopal, Mohali, Berhampur, Kolkata, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Tirupati.
“The IISER Aptitude Test 2022 (IAT 2022) is a computer-based, 3 hour test covering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. IAT 2022 will be conducted in nearly 150 cities/towns across India on July 3, 2022,” IISER said.

The Examination Regulatory Authority (ERA), UP has withheld the results of 20,000 candidates who appeared for the UPTET 2021. The ERA withheld the results of candidates who cleared the D.El.Ed. exams from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

The candidates who cleared the D.El.Ed. exams from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) are allowed to appear for the UPTET 2021, on the orders of Allahabad High Court, but their results were withheld by the ERA UP.
On April 8, the ERA, UP, had announced the result of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET)-2021.
Secretary ERA, Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi, said, “Altogether, 39% candidates have qualified the primary level TET while 28% have cleared the upper primary level examination.”
He further said that out of 12,91,628 candidates registered for the primary level TET held on January 21. In which, 11,47,090 have appeared in the examination. Of these, 4,43,598 (38.67 or 39%) have passed.
For UP TET Upper Primary exam, 8,73,553 candidates were registered and 7,65,921 candidates appeared for the examination. Of these, 2,16,994 (28.33 or 28%) have been declared successful.
UPTET 2021 revised answer key was released on Thursday, it was decided to give marks to all the candidates for five questions of primary and three questions of upper primary level.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has scheduled the NEET Master of Dental Surgery or NEET MDS 2022 examination on 2nd May 2022. The Director of Primary Education and Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) is getting ready to prepare new question papers for class 7 examinations after the paper leak scandal spread. As per the information from the sources, class 7th papers of 6 subjects have been stolen in Talaja in Bhavnagar district, the Director of Primary Education. Apart from Gujarati, all the remaining subjects will be redrafted by the GCERT.
GCERT to prepare new question papers for Class 7 exams after theft
The Director of Primary Education also cancelled the social science and science examinations, which are slated to conduct on 22nd and 23rd April. In place of these exams, new exams with newly drafted question papers will be conducted for the class 7th students. The cancelled subject examinations will be conducted on 29th and 30th April. In state of Gujarat, 55 lakh students are studying in primary schools, in which there were 7 lakh class 7th students.
The DPE has started the primary examination from class 3rd to class 8th on 18th April and the last date of the exams is 28th April. Now the exams will be ended by 30th April.
After the theft of the question papers, the new question papers were sent in CDs to all GCERT centers in every district. Coordinators of block resource clusters will make photocopies of these papers considering the number of registered students. The GCERT further instructed the managements of schools not to keep the question papers in schools and instructed them to keep securely at homes. The exam papers must be sealed and they must be brought to the examination centers only on the examination day.
