TS SBTET DIPLOMA Hall tickets: Issue of hall tickets to any candidate is subject to possessing 75% of attendance as on the last working day. Eligible Physically Handicapped candidates can generate Hall- tickets through Polytechnic HLCs or AP Online centres only.

Instructions :

Hall-ticket issued to you is an important document preserve carefully.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without proper hall-ticket.
Candidate shall arrive at the examination center at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. While entering the examination hall every student shall deposit all books, personal belongings etc at counter provided.
No printed / written material, in any form, shall be taken inside the exam hall, other than hall ticket.
Every student shall cooperate while pockets are being checked or frisked.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall, after half-an-hour of the commencement of examination.
Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before one hour from the commencement of examination. After one hour, if any candidate wishes to leave or wants to attend any emergency needs, the candidate must return his / her answer script along with question paper to the Invigilator.
Candidates are advised to go through the instructions given on Answer Booklet or OMR Bar Code Sheet before starting answering.
Candidates should not write any matter inside the Answer Booklet which may lead to the identification of the Candidate or institution. If he / she do so, he / she will be booked under malpractice. No color sketch pens are to be used unless specified question.
Candidates should carry their own Scientific Calculators, Pens, Pencils and required drawing instruments.
Candidates will not be allowed with Cell Phones (CDMA & GSM), Pagers, Organizers, PDA’s and palmtops or any other Electronic Gadgets, etc.
Every student shall follow the regulations during examinations, failing which he / she will be booked under malpractice case.
Candidates are advised to check all the pages in the ’32-page Answer Booklet’ supplied to him / her. All answers are to be written within the given booklet only.

ELIGIBILITY FOR WRITING THE TEST

The Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for APPGECET:

(i) They should be of Indian Nationality.

(ii) They should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

(iii) They should have obtained a relevant Bachelors qualifying degree or its equivalent in the relevant field with at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto for admission into the relevant M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D(PB) courses into the courses corresponding to the Degrees as given in the following Annexure.

(iv) Candidates who are pursuing a B.Tech or its equivalent / B.pharm. courses shall be eligible for entry into the relevant M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D(PB) courses provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of degree by the concerned university on or before the date of counselling for admission into the colleges.

JNTUH Timetables for MBA / MCA I-I, II-II Regular / Supply , II-I Supply and MCA III-I Supply University Examinations July 2021

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENT:

1. All the students must be present in the examination hall before the commencement of the examination and students who come after the commencement of examination will not be allowed.

2. Students should not carry any other material except Hall Ticket, Identity card and Scientfic non-programmable calculator.

3. Programmable calculators, palm computers, mobile phones and pagers are not permitted into examination halls. They should show Hall Ticket and Identity card to the Invigilator/Observer/Chief Superintendent whenever they are asked.

4. Students are allowed to leave the examination hall only after one and half hour from the commencement of the examination.

5. Students must handover the answer booklets to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

6. The University reserves the right to cancel the admission of the student at any stage when it is detected that his/her admission to the examination or the college is against rules.

NOTE: If there is any discrepancy in student photo or any other details, it should be brought to notice of the Controller of Examinations immediately.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

1) All the students must wear masks while they are on the campus.

2) Students must maintain social distancing as per Government guidelines in current scenario of COVID-19 to ensure health and safety of the Students.

3) Students must be carried their own water bottles and hand sanitizers. Sharing of pens or any other stationary items among the students is strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

4) On completion of the exam, the students shall be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a time. The students should not getup from their seats until advised by the invigilator.

5) Student must maintain silence while going to their allotted exam hall as well as inside the exam hall.

6) This hall-ticket should be kept in open state beside your answer booklet whenever the room invigilator come to your place.

7) You have to put your signature in space provided on the answer booklet after verifying your personal details.
