This is to inform that the University examinations for B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy IV Year II Semester are scheduled from 12th July 2021. The examination branch of the university has issued various circulars regarding the instructions, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures of COVID-19 to be followed at institutions and by the students for smooth conduction of examinations.

In this connection, all the Principals of affiliated colleges/JNTUACEK whose students are writing their university examinations of B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy IV Year II Semester are hereby informed to attend the meeting scheduled on 05.07.2021 at 11.30 AM through online. CIRCULAR for Students’ place of option for IV Year II Semester End Examinations

In view of COVID-19 pandemic, the university has taken a decision not to implement jumbling for B.Tech and B.Pharm IV Year II Semester regular examinations scheduled in the month of July 2021 and students have to write the examinations at their parent institutions only.

However, the university has given an option to the students to choose the nearest place from their residential address to write the examinations with the consent of the Principal of the college concerned but it is not permitted to the students whose parent institute district and native district are same. Therefore, the Principals are requested to verify the address of the students with their address proof like Aadhaar card, etc., if any student of their college gives an option of any place other than the parent institution to write examination.

The Principal has to submit a mail to CE (UG) with all the details like the name of the student, admission number, place opted for writing the examination, course of study and branch, etc. Principal are further requested to check/verify the details carefully before sending the data of the students to the examination branch of the University.

SBTET – Exams – Diploma Semester End Examination- C18 Scheme II & IV Semesters & ER-91 (I & II Year) – Regular Examinations – August – 2021- Notification – Reg.

With reference to the subject cited above, I furnish herewith the detailed notification inviting applications from eligible candidates of C-18 scheme II & IV to appear for the Regular examinations August-2021 for the courses as mentioned in the Annexure-II and further the Revised Question Paper Blue print (C-18 Scheme only) is made available in Annexure-I in view of the COVID-19 situation. The Time duration for C18 (II & IV Semesters) & ER-91 (I & II Year) is 03 Hours.

In this regard, it is informed that the regular candidates who are intend to appear for the examinations can approach the Polytechnics where they are studying (or) visit sbtet.telangana.gov.in for making fee payment online. After downloading the Hall Ticket from sbtet.telangana.gov.in the candidate has to obtain the signature of the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination. Further, Principals are requested to give the necessary instructions to the Head of Sections to sign on the hall tickets for subjects after thorough verification of eligibility.

The Principals of the concerned Polytechnics/institutions where Regular exams are being conducted are requested to ensure that the syllabus should be completed on or before 03-08-2021.

Addressing the students and parents, AP Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh has announced today about the cancellation of SSC, Intermediate examinations this year. Due to the COVID Pandemic raising drastically, the state government has today announced the decision of cancellation of class 10th examinations.
