ORDER: The Vice-Chancellor has approved the minutes of the meeting of the Malpractice Enquiry Committee held on 05-02-2021 and ordered the following.

After careful examination of the cases listed below, the Malpractice Enquiry Committee is of the Opinion that Candidates were involved in the Malpractice of bringing forbidden material/written on palms/ pads etc., and their offences come under category of 1 or 2 or 3 of the nature of offences listed in the “Scale of Punishment to Defaulters at University Examinations” approved by the Executive Council No.ANU/PG&P/SMP/Sca1e of pun/2008 dated: 20-06-2008.

As such the candidates mentioned below may be awarded the punishment of cancellation of that particular paper in which they were caught and they may be permitted to write the Universitv Examinations to be held in MAR/APR 2021 and onwards and their results may be declared in all other papers that they have appeared in that sitting.

The board was established on May 27, 1975 under ‘The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975’. The Honorable Vice- Chancellor is pleased to order that the Principals of the following Colleges affiliated to Andhra University, nominated as Regional Coordinators for the Regions as noted below against each for conduct Of B.A., and B.Sc., B.Com. Degree I (supply.), III & V semesters practical Examinations Vth semester Project Viva-Voce Examinations scheduled from 26-02-2021. The Regional &rdinators are requested to submit the practical marks on or before 25-04-2021 to the University. The Regional Coordinators also requested to direct the College Principals to upload the practical marks through online in time without fail.
