As per the notification, 16208 grama sachivalayam posts have been announced by the government of AP. The AP Government has conducted 14 types of written test rounds in 19 categories to fill up 16,208 vacancies. These written test rounds have been conducted from 20th September to 26th September. For Village and ward secretariat jobs, 10,57,355 members have applied. While, as per the reports, 7,69,034 candidates have appeared for the written test rounds.

Panchayat Raj higher official has announced that the OMR Sheet answers scanning process has completed. Candidate’s marks lists will be prepared by linking the final key with the details of the answers.

After the marks lists have been generated, cross-checking will be done by observing a few candidate’s marks lists with computerization and manual processes. If the results are accurate, then, the APPSC is going to announce the results officially. AP Grama Sachivalayam Final answer Keys & OMR Sheets

Vijaya Kumar explained that they had hired people to work for two shifts to scan the OMR sheets. The team is able to scan at least 3 lakh OMR sheets per day and could complete the work within one week He further explained that the final key for all the exams would be declared shortly. After declaring the final key, the same will be used to calculate the marks of the candidates. On the other hand, the candidates also could understand their marks by going through the final key, since the candidates are given the duplicate copy of their OMR sheet. After calculating the marks, the ranks will be declared category-wise and the list will be given to the respective District Collectors. Based on that, the District Collectors will ensure the original certificate verification procedure. After completion of the certificate verification, the government will hand over the appointment order to the selected candidates. Dwivedi informed that the selected candidates will be given formal training for a couple of days before they would be inducted in their respective posts.
