Satavahana University — Promotion of students pursuing various Programs of Satavahana University during the academic year 2019-2020 to next semester/year — Reg.
The University Grants Commission and the Telangana State Council of Higher Education have communicated certain guidelines on conduct of examinations in view of COVID — 19 Pandemic and subsequent Lockdown vide references cited. The advisory Committee on academic matters with the Dean, Faculty of Business Management, Chairman, Board of Studies of various Departments, the Controller of Examinations and Director, Academic Audit Cell has discussed the matter on 01.09.2020 and resolved the approval the following guidelines pertaining to promotions for the academic year 2019-2020.
1. To conduct the final semester/ year examinations to the students of all UG / PG programs related to the academic year 2019-2020 including backlog examinations.
2. Pending conduct of examinations all the regular students belonging to intermediate semesters / years (other than final semester /year) of the academic year 2019-2020 will be promoted to next semester / year of the academic year 2020-2021. However, these students have to clear all the examinations, including backlogs if any, whenever the examinations are held to finally complete the course.
3. The students who are detained in the intermediate semesters / years during or prior to the academic year 2018-2019 for having more than the stipulated number of backlogs as per SU promotion Rules shall also be promoted to next higher semester / year subject to fulfilling the rules of Re-admission. However, such students have to appear and clear the backlogs, whenever the examinations and held to finally complete the course.
All the Principals are requested to take necessary action at their end as per the Advisory Committee resolutions and arrange to conduct Online classes with effect from 01.09.2020 as per the instructions issued.

NTA has released some important guidelines for NEET 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. The comprehensive plan and guidelines of NTA for NEET 2020 will not only ensure that the exam is conducted smoothly but also the safety of the candidates.
NTA hasmade some changes to the NEET 2020 admit card. JNTUH Autonomous MBA IV Sem / B.Tech / B.Pharm IV-II Regular and Supply Exams scheduled from 16-09-2020 to 27-09-2020 Intimation
All the Principals of autonomous colleges who desired to avail JNTUH non-autonomous colleges as test centres for their students, are informed to go through the University final semester exam timetables kept in their respective principal portals as well as in main website (jntuh.ac.in). In addition, following instructions may be noted:
1) The University semester examinations shall be conducted on 16th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th September, 2020. The schedule of CET exams necessitated to conduct the semester exams on two Sundays (20th and 27th September, 2020).
2) Semester Exams are to be conducted in two sessions; forenoon (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and afternoon (2:30 PM to 4:30 PM).
3) Split the branches in your exam timetables, such that your college students are evenly distributed between forenoon and afternoon sessions.
4) Prepare your final semester exams timetable to align with the above conditions.
