Kerala DHSE First Year Improvement/Supplementary Time Table July 2018: The Higher Secondary/Technical Higher Secondary/Art Higher Secondary First Year Improvement/Supplementary Examination of July 2018 will commence with effect from 24/07/2018 to 31/07/2018 as per the time table appended. The Examination will be conducted at the Examination centres in Kerala, Lakshadweep and UAE.

Candidates who have appeared for all the six subjects at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018 can register in this examination for upto three subjects for improving his/her scores in those subjects.

Candidates who have registered for the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018, but could not attend the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March, 2018 due to various reasons can register for all subjects for which they were absent. In addition to registering for the absent papers such candidates can also register for improving the scores of upto three papers of the appeared subjects. For eg. a candidate who had appeared for four subjects at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018 and was absent for the remaining two subjects can register for the two subjects for which he/she was absent and also register for improving the scores of any three subjects which he/she attended at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018. A candidate who was absent for all six subjects at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018 can register for all six subjects.

Regular candidates who have appeared for all six subjects at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018 or this First Year Improvement Examination, July 2018 alone are eligible to register for the Plus Two Higher Secondary Examination, March 2019.

LATERAL ENTRY CANDIDATES

Candidates admitted to the Second Year Higher Secondary course from other Boards/Institutions during 2018-2019 shall register and appear for all subjects in this supplementary Examination as lateral entry candidates. They shall undergo Continuous Evaluation in all six subjects of First Year Higher Secondary course. They shall be eligible for registering for the Second Year Higher Secondary Examination March 2019 only if they appear for the First Year Higher Secondary Examination in all subjects, at this Examination.

RE-ADMITTED CANDIDATES

The candidates re-admitted for the Second Year Higher Secondary Course in 2018 and the candidates who cancelled their 2018 Second year examination shall be eligible for getting retained their scores obtained in the first year higher secondary exam previously. The candidate who cancelled the Second Year Exam should attend both the theory and practical examination as the practical evaluation score obtained will be cancelled along with the examination cancellation.

PREPARATION OF FINAL SELECTION LIST:

1. The minimum qualifying marks in the examination for consideration of a candidate to the selection process in case of General category is 50%, BC category is 45% and for

The Government of Telangana vide GO Ms No. 62, Home (Legal) Department dated 06-06-2018 have raised the upper age limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment by Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board to various Posts in Police Department, Disaster Response & Fire Services Department, Prisons & Correctional Services Department and Special Protection Force by 3 (three) years for the Notifications already issued in 2018 for various categories of the Posts and also subsequent Notifications to be issued till 30-05- 2019 for the purpose of direct recruitment. In view of the above, the respective Age Eligibility Criteria in all the 4 Notifications issued in Rc Nos. 88, 89, 90 and 91 / Rect / Admn-1 / 2018 dated 31-05-2018 for various Posts are modified and the upper age limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment by Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board is raised for all the Posts in each of these Notifications by 3 (three) years. This relaxation is in addition to the upper age limit as mentioned in the said Notifications.

    The Fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

ALLOTMENT OF SEATS:

  • The provisional allotment of seats will be made on 13-06-2018 and will be placed in the website https://tspolycet.nic.in.
  • For downloading the candidate’s provisional allotment order, enter the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in Candidate login in https://tspolycet.nic.in
  • Pay the Tuition Fee mentioned in the Provisional allotment order through online (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) within the prescribed time to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
  • If the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he / she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.
  • In candidate’s login, for all candidates after Self Report through online system, the admission number will be generated. Take the printout and report at the allotted college from 14-06-2018 to 15-06-2018 and handover the original certificates.
  • The candidate will forfeit 100% of Tuition Fee paid if he / she fails to report at the college by 15-06-2018.

A. It will be conducted only for regular/readmitted students in the regular stream.

B. Only two subjects in the final semester including the practical subjects will be considered for the exam.

C. No instant exam for the 3 ½ year course candidates.

Further, a candidate is eligible to appear for the instant cum advanced supplementary exam provided he/she have fulfilled the following conditions.

1) The candidate must be a regular student in final semester.

2) The candidate should register for the March/April-2018 regular diploma examination.

3) To appear for instant cum advanced supplementary examination, the candidate should pass all the subjects from First year to 5th semester before appearing for the instant examination.

4) Candidate should not have failed in more than two subjects including practical subjects in the final semester.

5) Such candidates will not be allowed to appear for the next subsequent Oct/Nov supplementary examinations.

6) Instant cum advanced supplementary exam may be conducted in limited centers i.e., 1 or 2 Government Polytechnics in a district.
