NOTIFICATION FOR Pre-Ph.D/ Pre-M.Phill /Pre-MS SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS FOR MARCH – 2018

Supplementary Examinations for the Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.Phill/Pre-MS will be held on 09th & 12th March – 2018 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for Paper-I and Paper-II respectively.

The students who appear for the above examinations are to note that the on-line registration for University exam will be carried out as per the time schedule given below.

Fee Particulars,

On – line registration without late fee: 06-02-2018 – 15-02-2018
Registration with 100/- late fee: 16-02-2018 – 22-02-2018
Registration with late fee of Rs 2000: 23-02-2018 – 01-03-2018

The details of portal for on-line registration and payment of Examination fee are enclosed herewith. On-line registrations will be closed strictly at 5:00 PM on the respective last dates as per the above schedule.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

Online Registration particulars and procedure: The Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.Phill/Pre-MS students who wish to apply for the University examination are informed to note the following procedure for selecting the subjects of Paper-I and Paper–II and for making the Exam fee payment of the of Pre-Ph.D/ Pre-M.Phill /Pre-MS examinations.

1. Visit the University Examinations portal at the URL https://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/prephd-prems

2. Create your registration account before carrying out Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.S subject registration, if you have not registered earlier.

3. Upload your pass-port size digital photograph while doing registrations. (If not uploaded earlier.) Ensure that the quality of the digital photo is very good. The uploaded photograph must be in the jpg (JPEG) format. If it is in other format, it should be converted to JPEG format and photo file size should not exceed 2MB.

4. Obtain the printout of the Pdf file corresponding to your subject registration details from the same registrations portal.

5. Make the payment online, either by using the payment gateway using Debit / Credit card and Internet Banking or by using the challan of SBI JNTUH Campus branch.

6. The photo copy PDF receipt generated (incase of payment by payment-gateway) or the University copy of the SBI JNTUH Campus branch (in case of challan payment) should be taken.

7. The copy of the printout of the registration receipt (item 4 above) and the payment receipt (as in item 6 above) should be tagged/stapled and send it by post/ in person to ACE(O), Second Floor, Examination Building , JNTU Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, 500 085.

8. The students are informed to download the hall-tickets from the same portal using the ‘Download Hall-ticket’ service from 5 days before start of examinations.

General Instructions:

All the candidates are informed to carry their identity cards, while writing their examinations and whenever they visit the Directorate of Research & Development Cell for any query or for getting any certificates/marks memos.

1. The candidates are held personally responsible for all the entries made in the online application form/hall ticket and any incorrect information or information suppressed will entitle disciplinary action against the candidates.

2. The Results of examinations will be informed only through website www.jntuh.ac.in. The original marks memos can be collected from the Directorate of Research & Development Cell, after the declaration of the results.

3. Examination centre for Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.Phill/Pre-MS examinations is in the University campus at JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

APPSC Group 1 Main Results 2017: The list of candidates provisionally qualified for Oral Test (Interview) for Group-I Services Recruitment, Notification No: 36/2016, dated 30.12.2016 on the basis of Main examination (conventional Type) held from 17.08.2017 to 28.08.2017 is published in the Web-site of the Commission psc.ap.gov.in and also displayed in the Commission’s Notice Board. It is hereby notified that on the basis of the Main (Written) Examination held from 17/08/2017 to 28/08/2017 FN at Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupathi and Ananthapuramu for Group-I Services (General) Recruitment vide Notification No: 36/2016 dated. 30.12.2016; the candidates with the following Registered Numbers have been provisionally admitted for the ORAL TEST (Interview) in terms and conditions of Notification No.36/2016 which will be held from 12/03/2018 to 23/03/2018, in the Office of the Commission, at New HOD’S Building, 2nd Floor, M.G. Road, Opp. Indira Gandhi Municipal Complex, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-520010. The candidate wise schedule of Oral Test (interview) will be placed in the website of the Commission shortly. The candidates who are qualified for ORAL TEST (Interview) are required to produce the original Certificates at the time of verification of documents on the same day of interview, relating to Age, proof of age relaxation Qualifications, Study certificate, Integrated Community certificate in case reserved candidates, certificate of exclusion from Creamy layer in case of B.Cs from Revenue authorities in terms of G.O. Ms. No.3, Backward Classes Welfare (C-2) Department, dt.04/04/2006, P.H. certificate in case of disabled candidates, etc., failing which, they will not be treated as eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Online application form / Certificates. The candidature of such candidate(s) shall be cancelled at any stage in the process of selection. The Commission has the right to disqualify any candidate, if he/she is not found eligible for any reason.

In respect of posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Cat-2), Assistant Prohibition & Excise Superintendent in A.P. REET Admit card Download 2018: The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) is going to organize the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) examination on 11^th February 2018. As the examination date is nearing, all the candidates must visit the official website and download the admit card to carry it to the examination. Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan has recently released the recruitment notification for 25,000 teacher posts to recruit the personnel in various schools in the state. TSPSC Hostel Welfare Officers Notification 2018: Telangana state public service commission has released TSPSC Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-I and grade-II recruitment notification 2018 in Backward Classes and tribal Welfare Department. Eligible candidates can apply for 310 vacancies online on Commission’s WEBSITE (www.tspsc.gov.in) to the post of Hostel Welfare Officers in various Welfare Departments.

TSPSC Certificate Verification for the posts of ART, CRAFT and MUSIC TEACHERS in various Residential Educational Institutions Societies: It is hereby notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 31/08/2017 and 01/09/2017 for the Posts of ART TEACHER (31/08/2017 FN), CRAFT TEACHER (31/08/2017 AN) and MUSIC TEACHER (01/09/2017 FN) in various Residential Educational Institutions Societies, 963 candidates with the following Hall Ticket Numbers are provisionally picked up in the ratio of 1:2 for Certificate Verification against total No. of 612 vacancies. The Verification of Certificates will be held from 07/02/2018 to 09/02/2018 at Sankethika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad from 09:30 AM onwards. All the Principals of Constituent/Affiliated Colleges of JNTUK are hereby informed that all Lab Examinations/viva Voce etc., must be conducted in the Laboratories only. They are also requested to see that other concerned Examiners are also present for the same.

The Principals are further requested to provide CC cameras in the Class rooms and Laboratories of the Colleges. A compliance report in the matter may be sent to the University.

It is hereby notified that the Technical Certificate Course Examination in Lower and Higher Grades in Drawing. Handloom Weaving and Tailoring & Embroidery will be held in the month of Feb, 2018 at the identified centres in all the (13) Districts of A.P State. The candidates who have passed VII Class Examination are eligible to appear for Lower Grade Examination in the above Trades and those who have passed Lower Grade Technical Examination (or) equivalent to lower grade exam are eligible to appear Higher Grade Examination in the concerned Trade.
