The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. You are aware that JNTUK, Kakinada has been issuing Original Degree Certificates for all the courses of students graduated from this University by collecting prescribed Fee. It is a regular practice to dispatch Original Degree Certificates to the respective students through Courier/Post. Though most of the times, these Certificates are issued at faster rate, still students are approaching the Examination Section directly, quoting their claim for emergency.
More so, several representations are received at University end from stake holders to facilitate issue of Original Degree Certificate under Tatkal Scheme, in line with that of Provisional Certificate. Committee constituted to address this issue has made certain recommendations. Under these circumstances Honorable Vice-Chancellor, JNTUK is pleased to accord permission for issue of Original Degree Certificate under Tatkal Scheme, subjected to fulfillment of the following conditions:
Students willing avail this facility shall pay an additional amount of Rs.1,500/- (One Thousand and Five Hundreds) only, over and above the prescribed fee.
Such Students shall pay the fees (Prescribed Fees+ Rs.1,500/-) at least 3 days prior to approaching the University. This will enable the university to confirm the fee paid through online mode.
Original Degree Certificates are issued to the respective student only, and student shall mandatorily produce Student Identity Card and any other proof of identity.
Under any circumstances, Original Degree Certificates are not issued to his/her representatives. If the student is not present for receipt of the Certificate, soft copy will be ailed to the student on the same day and the physical copy will be will be dispatched through Courier/Post on next day.
This facility of issue of Original Degree Certificate under Tatkal Scheme will come in to force with immediate effect.

Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. TS SSC Results Grading Points 2022
The board has introduced grading system to judge the result since previous year. There will be no total marks mentioned in the mark sheet. It is the grade obtained that will judge the GPA of each and every student.
1. As per G.O.Ms.No.17, dt.14-5-2014, G.O.Ms.No.2, dt.28-8-14 and G.O.Ms. No.10, dt.26-11-14, there are two papers in 1 Language, III Language and Non-languages subjects. Summative Assessment (SA) is conducted for each paper for 40 Marks.
2. In II Language there is only one paper and SA is conducted for 80 marks.
3. The average of four Internal Assessments conducted by the school in each subject in the academic year is accounted as 20. of marts under Formative Assessment (FA).
4. 3596 is the Pass Marks for all the subjects. However, the candidates must secure at least 28 marks out of 80 marks in 1 language, III Language and Non-languages in Summative Assessment (SA) to pass in every subject.
5. 2036 is the pass marks for II Language. However, the candidates must secure at least 16 marks out of 80 in Summative Assessment (SA) to pass in II Language.
6. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is the arithmetic average of subject wise Grade Points.

We are happy to inform that you have been provisionally selected for counseling for admission into 6-Year Integrated B.Tech Programme of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Basar, for the Academic Year 2022-22.
The following are the Instructions to the candidates provisionally shortlisted for counseling and are requested to read them carefully.
I. You are instructed to report at Venue of counseling i.e., at RGUKT (IIIT) – Basar, Basar Mandal, Nirmal (District), on — th at 9:30 AM., along with the original documents / certificates mentioned below, without fail. It is the responsibility of students / parents to make all suitable travel arrangements so as to reach the University by 9.00 AM on the above said date(s).
Admission shall not be given, if the student fails to attend the counseling in person on the above date(s) and time for whatsoever reason. The seat will be allocated to the next best candidate.
II. Mere attending the counseling does not guarantee a seat. The admission will be given only if the candidate fulfills all the eligibility criteria and pay relevant fee after the verification of original certificates / documents. The selection stands cancelled in case candidate fails to produce the original certificates mentioned below at the time of verification or fail to pay the relevant fee.
III. Documents to be carried:
The candidates shall bring the following documents/certificates in original along with TWO sets of the Xerox copies.
1. Hall Ticket of TSPOLYCET-2022 / 10th Class Board Examination. 2. Grade Sheet of 10th Class Board Examination. 3. SSC Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate. However, in the event of already taken admission elsewhere, the candidate may be given time to produce TC within two days or latest by– giving an undertaking to that effect, failing which the admission stands cancelled. 4. Study certificates (from 4th class to 10th Class) 5. Candidates claiming admission under Non-Local Category have to submit a Residence Certificate as a proof to effect that the candidate has resided in the state for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the state or either of whose parents have resided in the state for a total period of 10 years excluding period of employment outside the state. 6. Caste/Community certificate issued by the competent authority (Meeseva Only) 7. Income Certificate (latest & issued after — from Meeseva Only). 8. Six photographs each of the candidate and parents. 9. Aadhaar UID Card of the candidate (Xerox Copy) IV. Note1: Students who are eligible for fee reimbursement as per the stipulated State Government rules need not pay tuition fee of Rs. 36,000/-. (Students, whose parental annual income is below Rs.1.5 Lakh for non SC/ST category and below Rs.2.0 Lakh for SC/ST category on fulfillment of the other conditions and eligibility criteria for fee reimbursement as per the latest Govt. Final Selectees should pay the required amount of the fee as mentioned above (for those, who eligible for fee reimbursement should pay Rs. 4,200/- (for SC/ST) or Rs. 4,700/- (for Non SC/ST)) in the form of the cash in Bank Counters at Counseling Hall or Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “The Director, RGUKT, Basar” from any nationalized bank payable at Basar. The DD can also be drawn at our Campus on the same day of the counseling for which the service will be made available by the State Bank of India, IIIT Campus Basar branch

VII. The candidates selected for admission shall be prepared to go through the intensive learning programme at the RGUKT, and will have a fruitful learning time leading to a bright career.
VIII. The candidates selected for admission need to sign a declaration concerning the rules and regulations of the RGUKT at the time of admission. Note: This selection is for counseling and as such does not guarantee admission to the course. Admission to the course will be given subject to verification of all your original documents and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.
IIIT Basara Counseling Procedure:
a) The candidates selected for counseling shall report in person at RGUKT – Basar, Nirmal District in Telangana State for verification of original certificates / documents and the details provided in the application form.
b) Counseling and selection for admission in respect of candidates belonging to the Special Categories like Physically Handicapped (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC and Sports will be conducted at RGUKT- Basar.
Admission:
Admission to the first year of 6-Year Integrated Engineering course in the University will be granted only after satisfactory verification and scrutiny of the details mentioned in the application and the original certificates / documents submitted by the candidate at the counseling center. Mere selection for counseling and verification of certificates / documents will not guarantee admission to the candidate.
