Telangana Government has decided to shut all the private and government institutions till 31st March due to the Corona fear. To prevent the spreading of Coronavirus Telangana state government is intending to close the Shopping malls and cinema theatres as well. The board examinations will be continued as usual.
Schools, and Malls to Shut in Telangana till 31st March
The legislative assembly session has scheduled to be held till 20th March. While the Chief Minister KCR has taken the decision to postpone the session as minding the safety and security. The new decision will be announced in the cabinet meeting today evening. CM KCR has announced the high alert to be cautious from the fast-spreading coronavirus.
Balala Hakkula Sangham, a child rights body, has appreciated the decision of closing the schools till 31st March.
The AP State Government has not taken any decision regarding the postponement of the local body elections. TDP politburo member Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy said the filing of nominations was over and the campaign was to begin.
“To avoid public gatherings, the elections should be postponed,” he said.
