Telangana Intermediate Exams Cancelled

The Telangana Government has made an announcement today by canceling the class 12th exams amid the COVID pandemic. The TS Inter exams were scheduled to be held in April; while due to the increase in COVID cases the board has postponed the exams several times. While the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has finally decided not to conduct the class 12th/Intermediate exams this year. The assessment criteria to be announced soon by the TSBIE board.

Telangana Intermediate Exams Cancelled

TSBIE has earlier released the exam timetable for Intermediate exams. As per the scheduled dates, the theory exams were scheduled from May 1 and May 19, the TS Inter practical exams for second-year students were scheduled to be held from May 29 to June 7.

Recently, the union government announced the cancellation of class 12th CBSE examinations in various states Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. While the TSBIE has also announced the cancellation of Intermediate exams amid the COVID surge.

The Telangana Secondary School Certificate (TS SSC) class 10th examinations were already canceled by the TSBSE. The marks will be given based on the performance of internal assessment marks. After the result announcement, more than 2 lakh students got a 10 GPA in the Class 10th state of Telangana. Students who are not satisfied with the marks can appear for the direct exams after few days; the exam dates will be announced once after the COVID situation betters.
