    • Don't get panic on the real procedure on "few say……….." It is very clear.

Please read the below mentioned clause, which is self explanatory…..

Clause XII of the revised notification (as per UGC Letter F4-2/90 (NET) dated 23rd January 2018) says, "PROCEDURE & CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULTS: Top 6% of the appearing Candidates who appear in both Papers I & II and secure at least 40% aggregate marks for Candidates belonging to General / OBC (Creamy Layer) Category and atleast 35% aggregate Marks for Candidates belonging to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PwD Category ………"

  2. Hi. Paper 1 – 34marks. Paper 2 -100 marks. 44.6% obc non creamy layer. Law subject. Any chance to clear?

  3. Please comment your percentage because it is easy orelse comment in marks or questions my score is 70marks in paper I 35questions and 104marks in paper II 52questions percentage 58% obc non Creamy layer in management is my score ok friends waiting for Result….

  4. Is there any minimum qualifying marks in both papers? If anyone got 34 marks in 1st paper & 100 marks in 2nd paper, he will be eligible or not?

    • together in both papers, the students have to take 35% or 40% aggregate marks based on category, no individual passing is not mentioned in the main modified notification. but the university will decide the final results, pls wait.

  5. Am subbulakshmi geography major obc non creamy layer my aggregate is 41.33 %, friends is there is any chance to clear set ?

  6. I m computer scinece candidate
    1 paper 50 mark
    2 paper 66 mark
    I m obc non creamy
    Any chance to clear
    Kindly tell me friends
And also still 2 questions not announce answer that 2 question are give mark or not

      • I have checked amened answer keys, the final keys are the same as given previously, you secured very less in paper 2, better luck next time. apply UGC net again and again. it will be far better than tnset.

  7. Hi, I have scored 36 in paper 1 and 104 in paper 2.. Am SC category is there a chance of me qualifying the exam?

  8. My total aggregate is 52%, mathematics and belonging to OBC women, non creamy layer..is there any possible to get qualified?

    • You have a chance of clearing the test, but there is no category for women stundents, cut off will be released on the basis of subject and category (community) wise.

      • I hv scored in paper 1 – 34 marks,paper 2 – 101 marks.Is there any possible to clear.general category.

          • let us hope for the best, coz this year the paper 1 was too tough to answer in 1-hour, most of the people could not able to attend all questions as it contained more than 1 data interpretation and comprehension. 90% of the students will secure less than 60 marks out of 100. Probably this year cut off will be less than the previous year. last they fixed minimum mark as 172/350, around 49%. this year it will be less than 49%.

          • @Kumar
Last year, 15% of the candidates declaredqualified, but this year only 6% will be declared qualified. So, in all probabilities, percentage should go up. It won't decrease.

          • @Venkatakrishnan, probably sir, but paper 1 was not so easy to score more than 30 out of 50. that 15% also we dont even know it s taken properly, too much corruptions in set exams, let us see the final result sir,

    • You have a bright chance of cracking it as per UGC's previous cut off trend and TNSET's cut off trend as well.
