The one who qualify the exam will undergo for the training and after the training 4.7 Lakhs per annum (approximately) for S-3 Grade (after successful completion of training period as Junior Trainee) & `4.38 Lakhs per annum (approximately) for S-1 Grade (after successful completion of training period as Field Assistant Trainee) which includes Pay and Dearness Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Special Allowance, Annual Performance Reward, LTC/LTA, Leave and Encashment of Earned Leave, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. It may be noted that the retirement benefits like CPF, Gratuity etc., are payable only on separation (resignation / termination not included) of the employee from the services of the Company.
