AP Sachivalayam Probation Test Application form Apply Online 2021 : Andhra Pradesh Government has released the Notification for the employees of certain Departments of Ward/Village Secretariat for the special session (Notification No.07/2021) to be conducted in the month of September 2021. Now, Those who are Working in Ward/Village Secretariat Departments are eligible to write this exam and must qualify to continue for probationary rules.

Applications shall be received from 13/09/2021 to 17/09/2021 and the last date for payment of fee is 17.09.2021(11:59PM). గ్రామ‌, వార్డు స‌చివాల‌య ఉద్యోగుల‌కు డిపార్ట్‌మెంటల్‌ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించేందుకు సిద్ధమైంది ఏపీపీఎస్సీ.. ఈ నెల 28 నుంచి 30 వ‌ర‌కు గ్రామ‌, వార్డు స‌చివాల‌య ఉద్యోగుల‌కు పరీక్షలు జరగనుండగా.. ప‌రీక్షల నిర్వహ‌ణపై నోటిఫికేష‌న్ జారీ చేసింది ఏపీపీఎస్సీ. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ వెబ్ సైట్ లో ఓటీపీఆర్‌ ద్వారా రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉండగా.. ఓటీపీఆర్‌లో వ‌చ్చే యూజ‌ర్ ఐడీతో ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దర‌ఖాస్తుకు అవ‌కాశం ఇచ్చింది.. ఈ నెల 13 నుంచి 17వ తేదీ వరకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తుకు అవకాశం ఇచ్చింది. మొత్తం 100 మార్కుల‌కు పరీక్ష జరగనుండా.. అందులో 40 మార్కులు వ‌స్తేనే ప్రొబేష‌న‌రీకి అర్హులవుతారు.. ఏపీలో వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌ సీఎం అయిన తర్వాత.. గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయలను ఏర్పాటు చేయడం.. అందులో ఉద్యోగులను కూడా నియమించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే కాదా.. వచ్చే నెల 2 నాటికి గ్రామ‌, వార్డు స‌చివాల‌య వ్యవ‌స్థ రెండేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకోనుంది. ఇక, రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 15004 గ్రామ‌, వార్డు స‌చివాల‌యాల్లో సుమారు1.34 ల‌క్షల మంది ఉద్యోగుల‌కు ప్రోబేష‌న‌రీ పీరియడ్‌ పూర్తి కావొస్తోంది. దీంతో.. డిపార్ట్‌మెంటల్‌ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తోంది ఏపీపీఎస్సీ.

SPECIAL SESSION FOR EMPLOYEES OF CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS OF WARD/VILLAGE SECRETARIAT FUNCTIONARIES ONLY

Applications are invited ON-LINE from 13.09.2021 to 17.09.2021 for the special session of Departmental Tests certain departments of ward/village secretariat functionaries to be held from 28/09/2021 to 30/09/2021

Applicants primarily shall register the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) through the Commission’s Website viz., http://psc.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the Tests using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s website.

The applicants, who had already generated OTPR earlier for the last Departmental Tests, shall apply directly making use of the same number.

The application will be available on Commission’s website (https://psc.ap.gov.in) from 13/09/2021. The last date for submission of the online application is 17.09.2021 (17.09.2021 is the last date for payment of fee up to 11:59 PM). Hand-written / Typed / Photostat copies / Printed Application Form will not be entertained either directly or by post or in person. The terms and conditions are detailed hereunder following Departmental Tests Rules, 1965 and subsequent amendments to these Rules from time to time.

1. SCHEME OF THE EXAMINATION

  1. All the Tests, except Survey Tests will be in Objective Type in terms of G.O.Ms.No.602, G.A. (Ser-C) Department, dated.01.11.2011.
  2. The Survey & Settlement papers (P.C.Nos.161 and 162) will be of conventional mode.
  3. All the objective type papers will be held on Computer Based Departmental Tests. Instructions regarding this Computer Based Test are detailed in the Instructions Manual at Annexure -I.
  4. The candidates appearing for Objective Type papers may use Mock Test facility available on Commission’s Website, to acquaint with the Computer Based Tests.
  5. The candidates appearing for Conventional Papers (Descriptive Exams) will be supplied with Bar Code sheet attached Answer Books to be answered with Blue or Black Pen.
  6. As per Departmental Tests Rules 1965 the maximum marks is 100 and minimum qualifying marks is 40.
  7. As per Departmental Tests Rules 1965 for PC.No.137 and 142, the candidate should pass both the papers at a time, required minimum qualifying mark is 40 in each paper.

The list of books allowed for each Test along with syllabus is available on the Commission’s Website.

The syllabus for Paper Codes 161 and 162 of Departmental Tests for Survey and Settlement Department has been suggested by the Survey and Settlement Department and hosted on website separately.

The syllabus of Paper Code 170 of Departmental Test of Welfare and Education Assistant in Social Welfare Department (Without Books) is available on the Commission’s website.

EXAMINATION CENTRES

  • All the Departmental Tests will be conducted at all the 13 Districts.
  • The candidates shall be admitted at the respective District Centre only, where the candidate is presently working as mentioned in the application.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR THE TEST (S):

The employees of certain Departments of Ward/Village Secretariat, Government of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply for the Tests that are prescribed in their respective Departmental Service Rules.

The candidates intending to apply for the following Tests should refer to their respective Departments mentioned below.

The Question Papers for Village Surveyor Grade-III will be in Telugu/English. The candidate should answer the paper in only one language either in English or Telugu. In case of non- compliance (i.e., partly English or partly Telugu) the answer sheet shall be invalidated.

FEE & PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

The fee for each Paper is Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) as per G.O.Ms.No.121,G.A(Ser-C) Department, Dt.17.09.2020.

The applicant shall pay Rs. 500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards application processing fee, besides the examination fee.

How to Apply For APPSC Sachivalayam Probation Exam Application 2021 Online?

A) PROCEDURE TO UPLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM:

The Applicants shall read the Instructions Manual at Annexure-I and go through the
User Guideon Website before submission of Applications online.

STEP-I: Candidates applying for the first time for any notification has to first fill the OTPR
application carefully to obtain OTPR ID. While filling the OTPR, the candidates have to ensure that there are no mistakes done. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates. (If candidates already have OTPR ID number then he/she can proceed to STEP-II.)

STEP-II: The Applicant has to Login in the Commission’s website with the User Name (OTPR
ID) and the Password set by Candidate. After Login, the Applicant has to click on the “Online
Application Submission” present in the bottom right corner of the Commission’s website.
PAYMENT PROCESS: The Applicant now has to click on the payment link against the
Notification No.07/2021. The Basic details required for calculation of the Fee will be pre
populated from the OTPR data. The Applicant has to verify all the details that were displayed. Once the Payment form is submitted, the respective details (Used for Calculation of fee) will not be altered in any stage of application processing. Hence if any details are to be changed, applicant should use the Modify OTPR link, modify the details, save it and again click on application payment link.

STEP-III: After checking all the data and ensuring that the data is correct the applicant
has to fill application specific data. Once all the data is filled appropriately, the
applicant has to submit the payment form. On successful submission, the payment
reference ID is generated and is displayed on the screen. By clicking “OK” the
Applicant is shown the various payment options where he/she can select any one
among them and complete the payment process as given on the screen.

STEP-IV: Once the payment is successful, payment reference ID is generated. Candidates
can note the payment reference ID for future correspondence. Thereafter the applicant is
directed to the application form. Applicant should provide the payment reference ID generated along with the other details required for filling the application form (other fields like OTPR ID and personal details will be pre populated from the data submitted in the payment form for respective notification). The Applicant should check the data displayed thoroughly and should fill the application specific fields like paper code details, examination centre etc., carefully and submit the Application form. Once the Application is submitted successfully then Application Receipt is generated. The Applicant is requested to print and save the application receipt for future reference/correspondence.

STEP-V: In any case if the payment process is not submitted successfully, then the applicant
should start the fresh payment process as mentioned in STEP-II
