In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education in the From the CSE, A.P., Rc.No. ESE02- 21021/107/2019-SCERT,dt: 08/12/2019 read above, and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby amend the orders issued G.O.Ms.No.69, SE(Prog.II) Department, Dated:15.10.2019 for bringing the examination reforms in conduct of SSC Public Examinations w.e.f March 2020 and onwards with following partial modification:

Read as Para 3(III) Duration of the Examination:

1. It shall be 2.45 hrs, including Reading of Question Paper – 15 min, writing of Answers – 2.30 hrs.

2. OSSC Main Language/First Language Composite Course – 3.15 hrs and First Language Composite Paper – II -1.45 hrs.

3. Second Language – 3.15 hrs.

The Director of Government Examinations shall be entrusted with the responsibility of development of question papers for SSC Public Examinations for Class-X duly maintaining quality as well as confidentiality.

పదవ తరగతి గ్రేడింగ్ రేంజ్ లో మార్పులు

పదో తరగతి పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించి మార్కుల గ్రేడింగ్ రేంజ్ లో రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖ వివరించింది. ఆయా సబ్జెక్టుల్లో గ్రేడ్ ప్రభుత్వం మార్పులు తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఈ మేరకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ గురువారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. ఇప్పటి వరకు పదో తరగతిలో సమగ్ర నిరంతర మూల్యాంకనం(సీసీఈ) విధానంలో 80 మార్కులకు పబ్లిక్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించేవారు. ఆ మార్కులకు 20 శాతం ఇంటర్నల్ మార్కులు జోడించే వారు. ప్రస్తుత విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి టెన్ పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షల్లో ఇంటర్నల్ మార్కులను ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసింది. మార్చిలో జరగనున్న పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షల్లో ప్రతి పేపరను మొత్తం 100 మార్కులకు నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో పాత మార్కుల గ్రేడింగ్ రేంజ్ లో మార్పులు చేశారు. ఎన్ని మార్కులొస్తే ఏ గ్రేడింగ్ వస్తుంది? ఎన్ని గ్రేడ్ పాయింట్లు వస్తాయో జీవోలో ఓవరాల్ గ్రేడ్ తో మార్కుల మెమొరాండంను విద్యార్థులకు జారీ చేస్తారు. సబ్జెక్టు వారీగా, పేపర్ వారీగా గ్రేడ్, ఓవరాల్ గ్రేడ్ ను మెమొరాండంలో పొందుపరుస్తారు.

పరీక్ష రాసేందుకు 3.15 గంటలు

టెన్ పరీక్షల్లో కొన్ని సబ్జెక్టుల పరీక్షల సమయాల్లోనూ మార్పులు చేస్తూ సవరణ ఉత్తర్వులిచ్చారు. గతంలో ఆయా పేపర్లకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాన్ని చదువుకొ నేందుకు 15 నిముషాలు, సమాధానాలు రాసేం దుకు 2.30 గంటలు.. మొత్తం 2.45 గంటలు ఇచ్చేవారు. ఇప్పుడు దాన్ని 3.15 గంటలకు పెంచారు. ఓఎస్సెస్సీ మెయిన్ లాంగ్వేజ్ కాంపోజిట్ కోర్సుకు 3.15 గంటలు, ఫస్ట్ లాంగ్వేజ్, కాంపోజిట్ పేపర్-2కు 1.45 గంటల సమయాన్ని కేటాయించారు. గతంలో పదో తరగతి పేపర్ సెట్టింగ్ బాధ్యత డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ గవర్నమెంట్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్కు ఉండేది. గత టీడీపీ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో అప్పటి కమిషనర్ దాన్ని డీజీఈ నుంచి తప్పించారు. ఎసీసీఈ ఆర్టీలో అప్పటివరకు లేని ఒక అసెస్మెంట్ సెల్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేసి, దాని ఇన్చార్జికి ఆ బాధ్యతను అప్పగించారు. వారు ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు తయారు చేస్తే, డీజీఈ దాన్ని ప్రింటింగ్ కు పంపించేవారు. దీనివల్ల పేపర్ సెట్టింగ్ లో గోప్యతపై సందేహాలు వ్యక్తమయ్యేవి. తాజాగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం టెన్ పేపర్ సెట్టింగ్ బాధ్యతను డీజీఈకే అప్పగిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులిచ్చింది.
