APRCET Notification 2019: Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test (APRCET- 2019) for admission into Ph.D/M.Phil (both full time and part time) offered by the Universities, Research Centres and Affiliated Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the Academic Year 2019-20 will be conducted from 8-11-2019 to 12-11-2019.

Eligible candidates are informed to submit their applications from 16-09-2019 through online mode only by paying registration fee of Rs.1300/- (for OC/BC) & Rs.900/- (for SC/ST/PWD). The detailed Information is available in the website are sche.ap.gov.in/rcet.

APRCET 2019 Important Dates:

Notification Release Date	11-09-2019
Online Registration Start From	16-09-2019
Last Date of Application without late Fee	10-10-2019
Last Date of Application with late Fee Rs 2000	16-10-2019
Download of Hall Tickets	28-10-2019
Examination Dates	08-11-2019 to 12-11-2019

The date for the notification will be published on September 11, and online registration will begin from September 16. While the date for submission of application without late fee is October 10, application with a late fee of Rs 2,000 will be accepted till October 16.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. P.V.G.D. Prasad Reddy said that the hall tickets can be downloaded from October 28 and the examinations will be held from November 8 to 12. The examination will be held for 68 subjects in 10 centres — Visakhapatnam, Rajahmahendravaram, Vijayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Anantapuram, Kurnool, Kadapa, Tirupati and Hyderabad.

No negative marking in APRCET 2019

“There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers in this year’s test. The test will be conducted in 68 subjects. After AU conducts the written test for 180 marks, the departmental research committee of the concerned university will conduct an interview for 20 marks. The final ranks or marks will be awarded after clubbing the marks obtained in the written test and the interview,” Rao said.
