Gauhati University Results of M.ED Course 2018-2019 @ www.gauhati.ac.in: The following candidates have been provisionally selected for admission in the first year class of M.ED Course for the Session 2018-2019. Entrance Test has conducted on 3rd April 2018 in all exam centers which was allotted by university.

It is hereby notified for all concerned that the following candidates have been provisionally selected for admission in the first year class of M.ED Course for the Session 2018-2019. The selections are made and approved by the Admission Committee on the basis of academic and other credentials of the applicants. The selected candidates are directed to attend the concerned Department with their original testimonials along with the ANTI-RAGGING undertakings as instructed in the last page of the Anti-Ragging Booklet and G.U. Prospectus 2016-2017 on the date and time mentioned above, failing which their seats may be forfeited. The Head of the Department is requested to make special arrangement for verification of all original documents at the time of admission, including Gap Certificate, if any.
‘Candidates must be B.Ed. / B.T. of this University or of any other university recognized by this University having at least 55% marks in aggregate as per latest NCTE norms (relaxation of 5% marks for reserved category of students as per university norms). 10% of the seats are reserved for teachers deputed by the Govt. of Assam. Serving candidates must submit Study leave Certificate/ No Objection Certificate from their concerned employers along with the application.’
Candidates who have been selected under any statutory reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/MOBC) are to produce PRC of Assam at the time of admission.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Selected candidates are required to pay their admission fees on the same day at the designated Bank Counters as given below:
1. United Bank of India
- a) G.U. Branch (Near Guest House)
- b) UBI Counter at IDOL
2. State Bank of India – G.U. SBI Branch
Selected students may pay their admission fee also using SB1 Collect facility using Internet Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card.
