JNTUGV Online Application for Original Degree (OD) Certificates by the 2026 Passed-Out Students

JNTUGV Online Application for Original Degree (OD): It is hereby informed to all the Principals of affiliated colleges of JNTU-GV that the students who have successfully completed their respective programmes and passed out during the year 2026 are hereby informed to apply for the Original Degree (OD) Certificate through the University Online Portal. The eligible students may submit their OD applications online by following the instructions provided in the portal.

The Pre-Convocation Charges for the issue of the Original Degree Certificate are ₹3,650/- (Rupees Three Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty only) per student.

All the Principals are requested to inform the eligible 2026 passed-out students to:

1. Apply for the Original Degree (OD) Certificate through the University Online Portal, Click Here.
2. Enter all the required details carefully while submitting the online application.
3. Pay the prescribed Pre-Convocation Charges of ₹3,650/- through the online payment facility available in the portal.
4. Verify the student particulars, including Hall Ticket Number, Name, Programme, Branch, Year of Passing and other details, before final submission.
5. Download/retain the acknowledgement or payment receipt generated after successful submission for future reference.

The Principals are requested to give wide publicity to the above instructions among all eligible 2026 passed-out students and ensure that they complete the online OD application process within the prescribed schedule.
