The Directorate of IIIP&T is planning to conduct pool campus drive at JNTUK, Kakinada on 16th December, 2016.  Following is the process and criteria that are considered for pool campus drive.  This requirement is for only   B.Tech & M.Tech graduates in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering streams passed out in the year 2015 and 2016 only with an overall aggregate of 70%.  You can use the following link for further information and uploading the necessary student data.

The last date for uploading the student data is 14th December 2016 by 5 pm.

JNTUK Kakinada – Satven Recruitment Drive

Note:

1. Students of 2015 and 2016 – Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile from Affiliated engineering colleges of JNTUK are eligible to apply.
2. Last date to apply – 14th December 2016 by 5 pm
3. Date of the Recruitment Drive 16th December 2016 at JNTUK Kakinada Campus

Criteria for selection of GETs:

1. Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engg)
2. 2015 and 2016 passed out
3. Percentage of marks: 70 and above
4. Candidates with FEA /HM/Ansa experience are Preferred
5. Initial CTC will be 2.10 LPA.
6. His/her performance will be evaluated after 6 Months from date of joining and based on that the CTC will be revised.

Criteria for selection of PGETs:

1. Qualification: M.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engg)
2. 2015 and 2016 passed out
3. Percentage of marks: 70 and above
4. Candidates with FEA /HM/Ansa experience, Machine design/Applied Mechanics specialisation in M.Tech and GATE percentile of 85 and above are preferred
5. Initial CTC will be 2.25 LPA.
6. His/her performance will be evaluated after 6 Months from date of joining and based on that the CTC will be revised.

Selection Process:

1. Aptitude Test 50 Marks for 30 Mins.
2. Technical Test 80 Marks 60 Mins.
3. Group Discussion for Shortlisted Candidates.
4. Technical Interview and HR Interview
5. Cut off percentage in Technical test and aptitude test: 45%

Note: Selected Candidate need to sign a bond for 3 years.
