The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

Step-1:- Registration

Step By Step Procedure to apply Original Degree Certficate please follow the guidelines

Terms and Conditions(step-I)

Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate

  1. Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by  person and then upload the modified details.
  2. Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
  3. Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
  4. Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
  5. Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
  6. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
  7. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
  8. NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.

Upload Personal Details (Step-II)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
  • Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
  • Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
  • Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
  • The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
  • Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers
  • The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes

Note:

  • Only Original Degree Certificate will be send by post
  • Except Original Degree Certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university by applied student only.
Upload Documents (Step-III)
  • Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.

Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
  • Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
  • Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
  • Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
  • Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
  • Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

    I paid the amout for original degree and uploaded PC, CMM, SSC, photo in the application online.
    I got Application No :CC30920 after uploaded the documents successfully.
    Do I need to upload Adhaar document also? if yes let me know where to upload the Aadhaar document.
    Can you please let me know if there is any process pending after filling the applicaton form to get the original degree certificate to mentioned address?

    Do I need to send application form downloaded to JNTUK?

    • yes and here written passport photo attested by gezeted officer. I am checking of any other documents required to send, but nowhere it is mentioned. maybe it should go to jntuk registrar office???

    I have successfully paid the amount and with that reference, I’ve uploaded the required documents as well.
    Finally, I received ‘ Application for the issue of Original Degree Certificate ‘ with an application number.
    My question is what is the address I need to send my attested application?
    I mean to whom, the department, post box number …. followed by JNTUK address.

    I applied for OD online on 18th of Jan 2018 & the status shows as OD printed on 30-01-2018.

      try after 1 or 2 days. then it will work. normally ill take 24 hours to activate(update the records).

    My MCA passed out is 2011. I paid fee for OD. I got DU number also. But I did not receive any mail to apply for OD. I tried through tha link https://www.jntukexams.net/apply_certf
    to apply for OD. But it is showing error. Its not allowing to apply. Please check the issue and do needful.

    I already got my PC & CMM but still it is showing status not printed in online & for applying OD it is showing please take your pc and cmm but i already got those and SBI payment gateway for applying OD is not working it is showing error.Please fix these problems ASAP.Ko

  18. Hi, I have completed b.tech in 2013 and need the original degree certificate. I just have one doubt as in the above points it’s mentioned to upload hall ticket, I don’t have that, it’s been 4 years since I completed my graduation. Also 2 of my friends told me payment was successful but uploaded documents didn’t reflect under the personal info. What is the error, also I want to know how good is this compared to going JNtUK and applying for O.D

  19. Is there anyone to respond for our queries. I tried to do mail and I tried to contact through phone. No response. How can we know that whether our application is processed or not. When I try to search for my OD status it is showing that
    Your Bank Payment is not Done successfully
    Your Personal Details are not uploaded successfully
    Your Scanned copied Details are not uploaded successfully

    What is this. If my transaction is not done then how I got the transaction number and application number also.

    Please respond for our queries and let us know the status of our OD application.
