The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

Step-1:- Registration

  • Click on the “Register” button at TOP menu.

Step-2:- Please Enter Present Working Email-Id, Hallticket no, password.

Note: If you are Eligible for Applying Original Degree it shows ” You are eligibile for applying Original Degree Certificate with fee of *** only.

Step By Step Procedure to apply Original Degree Certficate please follow the guidelines

Terms and Conditions(step-I)

Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate

  1. Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by  person and then upload the modified details.
  2. Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
  3. Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
  4. Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
  5. Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
  6. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
  7. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
  8. NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.

Upload Personal Details (Step-II)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
  • Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
  • Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
  • Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
  • The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
  • Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers
  • The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes

  • Only Original Degree Certificate will be send by post
  • Except Original Degree Certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university by applied student only.
Upload Documents (Step-III)
  • Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.

Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
  • Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
  • Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
  • Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
  • Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
  • Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

    for applying OD CERTIFICATE that site you havebeen provided asking for login but it was showing wrong login but there was no forgot password option also .so plz provide me to login

        • No problem bank payment number that is transaction id is enough no need to worry if your application is correct and scanned copies are correct OD will be printed within 5 days and send it you through post my od is printed within 5 days you can check in the status of application by entering your hall ticket number,

    your uploaded document are not clearly scan to verify..
    Can anyone help me in uploading files again.
    The website is showing already files are uploaded…plz give suggestions… They didn't receive calls

    • Try again to upload your documents from jntukexams.net website and if it displays already uploaded, refresh your browser and try it from internetexplorer. Otherwise call 08842300903 .. Try 4-5 times this wl help you defntly.. Good luck

      • Sir actually I uploaded files for first time then I received mail from Jntuk your documents not clearly so upload again. When I am checking there is no editing option. Again received mail from Jntuk upload your documents that time I upload files but unfortunately I submitted save Button documents are saved… That documents are showing what I submitted files for first time… Now there is no editing option Give Suggestion sir

  15. In online payment od fee option is not available and in log in page after entering hallticket no. Erro mesg displaying that account is not successfully created.
    Please suggest mee…
    I was tried to call university no answer, even mail also I didn't get any reply..

        I have asked in jntuk for OD payment
        Note: 1.There is no offline process for OD
        2. It will take minimum 45 days to get OD (U will get only by post)
        here is the process
        1. Go to http://www.jntukexams.net
        2. Next click on APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE on menu bar
        3. There is two options appear in blue color like below

        * Click here for Applying for MIGRATION Certificate
        * Click here for Applying for Original Degree Certificate

        4. Next Click on "Click here for Applying for Original Degree Certificate"
        5. Next click on Register
        6. Fill details with mail, hall ticket no and create password
        7. After filling click on Register
        8. Next login with mail and password
        9. Fill hall ticket no and select Original Degree
        10. Next click on submit
        11. It will show your eligibility and fees
        12. Click on next
        13. It appears five steps
        14. Complete one by one

        • I have applied and completed all five steps but didn't get the unique number. I have got only document with my details . There is no unique number. How to get it ??

      I am 2009 pass out. tried to login but "Your Original Degree Certificate is already printed on 2014-03-12 13:38:08." But showing this message. can i apply duplicate OD. what is the procedure. Please help…

    • Dear Sir,

      I applied for OD on 1st sep'18, with Transaction ID : 7010248371201
      Transaction Date : 2018-09-01 16:52:20.
      But in status of application , it shows still pending for all and during login ,it shows everything completed.

      Pls. kindly verify and let me know the status , why it is showing error message.

      • Hello. I applied for OD yesterday. I completed payment and uploaded my certificates as well. It shows completed in every 5 sections. But I didn't get any application number and in status it is showing 'bank payment is not done properly' and 'personal details are not provided' and 'certificates are not uploaded'. What should I do? Please help.

    This is bringing to your notice that, https://www.jntukexams.net link shows error code 404 (at login page option after entering the hall tickets details) while submitting online application for obtaining Original Degree (B Pharmacy).

    I am in need of OD immediately, very sad to hear from you that Tatkal option is not available.

    For the reason , I visited university on 16th Aug’18 travelled from Vijayawada to Kakinada.

    Another very sad news is physical application (normal process) for obtaining OD is also not available.

    But someone in the office, suggested me to apply from url : http://www.jntukexams.info , but during payment option in SBI collect, there is no Original Degree option available in it.

    Kindly suggest me what to do?

  20. Hello Sir,

    I am trying to apply for my OD and clicked on the link to make the payment. The link redirected me to SBI website which is great but in the list of options there is no option for Original Degree Fee.

    Can you please guide how to make the online payment??
