JNTUK OD Apply Online 2025 – Original Degree Application Form, Procedure

The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

JNTUK Original Degree (OD) Apply Procedure

Step-1:- Registration

Click here for Apply Online OD

Click on the “Register” button at TOP menu.

Step-2:- Please Enter Present Working Email-Id, Hallticket no, password.

Step-3:- Check Eligibility & Fees of Application

Note: If you are Eligible for Applying Original Degree it shows ” You are eligibile for applying Original Degree Certificate with fee of *** only.

Terms and Conditions(step-I)

Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate

Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by person and then upload the modified details.
Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.

Upload Personal Details (Step-II)

Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.

The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes

Upload Documents (Step-III)

Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.

Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)

Please Enter the Details Carefully
The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

Hi ,
On my PC and CMM there is name correction(Space between)they asked me to come to come to university with all originals(ssc ,pc,cmm) to issue OD certificate,
How many days it will take to correct name in PC and CMM and issue OD Certificate,because i am coming from long distance(PUNE)
Please tell me how much time it will take at university.it is one day process or more ???

actually i am 2008 RR batch. i got my pc in 2011 april. but i didnt got my cmm. already i take a leeter for cmm from my college and give to kakinada university. they told that cmm will cameafter 10 days. again i went to university. there is no reply. what i can do at this moment sir. i have a good opportunity in dubai for ele. engg . but i dont have od. pls cooperate to me for processing od .and receive my od in earlier time.

I am 2015 batch passedout,my Reg no:11H41A0424
There is a mistake in provisional certificate(P.C) but unfortunately i have
applied for original degree(OD),But now i made the correction in P.C through J.N.T.University kakinada,now what i have to do in order to resubmit my new provisional certificate(P.C),or i will get any call while verification is going on for original degree,or can i upload my documents once again in http://jntukexams.net/index.php with the same DU number which I have recently done please send response as soon as you saw this mail.

I’m 2013 passout. I lost one of my individual semester marks sheets. And one more thing I passed one subject by revaluation. I didn’t get that memo. At the time of applying for CMM & PC I used print out taken from web. I got those CMM & PC now. But now is it mandatory those individual semester marks sheets ? give me suggestion to apply .

  1. 1st check which year marks memo is missing
  2. take printouts of missing marks memo from internet(results printouts)
  3. keep a copy with you nd place it in order with your marks memos
  or
  just apply to university, you will get within 3 months
