JNTUK OD Apply Online 2025 – Original Degree Application Form, Procedure
The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

JNTUK Original Degree (OD) Apply Procedure
Step-1:- Registration
Click here for Apply Online OD
- Click on the “Register” button at TOP menu.
Step-2:- Please Enter Present Working Email-Id, Hallticket no, password.
Step-3:- Check Eligibility & Fees of Application
Note: If you are Eligible for Applying Original Degree it shows ” You are eligibile for applying Original Degree Certificate with fee of *** only.

Terms and Conditions(step-I)
Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate
- Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by person and then upload the modified details.
- Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
- Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
- Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
- NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.
Upload Personal Details (Step-II)
- Please Enter the Details Carefully
- Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
- Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
- Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
- Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
- The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
- Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers
- The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes
Note:
- Only Original Degree Certificate will be send by post
- Except Original Degree Certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university by applied student only.
Upload Documents (Step-III)
- Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph as per the specifications given on the left. This photograph will be printed on the Original Degree certificate. The size of the photograph shall be between 50kB and 100 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)
- Please Enter the Details Carefully
- The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
- Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
- Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
- Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
- Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
- Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

How many days will it take to process OD? Also, there is no option to upload semester marks sheet, so CMM will be fine?

Today morning i applied for OD but i was facing one error in updating personal details (in that especially for college code it is accepting only 2 characters).But usually college code will be u characters.So, can u please update here any alternate option there for this issue.

Bro..you have to wait for 7 days and it ll show payment is successful. then again wait for another 10 days to upload documents.

hi sir. I was passed out of 2016 batch. up to now I have not applied OD. Initially I have registered with my Mail ID but now I was trying to apply for OD. For got my password what i kept initially so I click on forgot password. but It say INVALID MAIL ID and ask me to contact to the numbers.. but no one is picking I'm trying for this since lockdown… so please tell me how can I apply……
Even I Faced the same issue, Then i called to the JNTUK OD landline number 0884-2300942. They resolved my issue . So I suggest you to call the above number on week days after 10:30 am. So that u will get a proper response.

But the problem is here 2 semester supplementary marks list missing , will it cause problem for applying OD ??

How many days after receiving PC, we need to apply for Original degree.
When i am trying to register for applying OD..it is saying emain ID already exists with the roll number.

I faced the same problem, check back after 15 days – you should be able to upload documents after 15 days – 4th step will be enabled

You have to wait for 4 to 5 working days. Once the payment has been received by university only then they will enable the further options.
