JNTUK OD Apply Online 2025 – Original Degree Application Form, Procedure
The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

JNTUK Original Degree (OD) Apply Procedure
Step-1:- Registration
Click here for Apply Online OD
- Click on the “Register” button at TOP menu.
Step-2:- Please Enter Present Working Email-Id, Hallticket no, password.
Step-3:- Check Eligibility & Fees of Application
Note: If you are Eligible for Applying Original Degree it shows ” You are eligibile for applying Original Degree Certificate with fee of *** only.

Terms and Conditions(step-I)
Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate
- Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by person and then upload the modified details.
- Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
- Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
- Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
- NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.
Upload Personal Details (Step-II)
- Please Enter the Details Carefully
- Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
- Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
- Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
- Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
- The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
- Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers
- The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes
Note:
- Only Original Degree Certificate will be send by post
- Except Original Degree Certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university by applied student only.
Upload Documents (Step-III)
- Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph as per the specifications given on the left. This photograph will be printed on the Original Degree certificate. The size of the photograph shall be between 50kB and 100 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)
- Please Enter the Details Carefully
- The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
- Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
- Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
- Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
- Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
- Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

First of all release the grace marks …you need to give the grace marks in between two months..how much time you will take to release the grace marks and whenever we commented you you are not replying please release the grace marks fast

I'm trying to register for OD, but its showing my hall ticket number has already created, but when I'm trying to login its saying no data found for given Gmail. So HOW CAN I APPLY FOR MY OD. I have completed my M Tech in the year 2019. When I want to Applying Original Degree it shows ” You are eligibile for applying Original Degree Certificate with fee of 3500 only. Why I'm not eligible for 2000 fee

I'm trying to apply for OD, while making payment on (01/11/2021) through my debit card though the transaction is successful the status is showing as pending and I can see the pop out like ur bank payment is successful no need to pay again. Kindly, update the status to completed as I am planning to go to an abroad as soon as possible for that I should have OD. Please help me to get it.

Hi im trying to apply my od and paid through debit card and the money got debited from account but transaction showed failed, when will i get it refund.
I had applied my OD under pre convocation category on 04-06-2021. My OD was printed on 25-06-2021. But i haven't received my OD yet. I tried calling to 0884-2300942,41,40,03 and even 09 too. But there is no response. There's a number in jntuk website mentioning "for urgent issues only". I tried calling that number too, and after so many attempts they finally attended the call. They don't even have the time to listen to me, when i said that i had applied for OD, they just told to dial 942 and hung up the call. Students don't call you unless its an urgent issue. So, please be responsible. I had even mailed to pa2cejntuk@gmail.com but there is still no response.

I started applying my OB but step-3 Bank payment fee was struck in pending state even Amount deducted from my account, If I try again it's showing as " Bank Paymenet Already Applied is Successfullly.. Need Not Pay Again" but not allowing the next step.

Passed out batch 2019 , i have registered in 2020 to apply my OD but due to some reason i have not Applied.. Now I'm trying to log in to check for OD. I forgot my password which i created in 2020 in forgot password it is showing as invalid E-mail ,it won't allowing to register with halticket nun with another mail. Need a solution for this please suggest any solution.
