The Candidate those who are applying for the OD certificate are requested to upload Educational Details (like PC, CMM, SSC, PHOTO) and Personal details in online-application. Once OD is printed, your details are removed from the database. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab. you can check the status of the OD from the printed OD info tab.

Step-1:- Registration

Step By Step Procedure to apply Original Degree Certficate please follow the guidelines

Terms and Conditions(step-I)

Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certficate

  1. Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by  person and then upload the modified details.
  2. Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
  3. Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
  4. Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
  5. Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
  6. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
  7. Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
  8. NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt,xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.

Upload Personal Details (Step-II)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
  • Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediatly correct your PC in University (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
  • Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
  • Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
  • The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
  • Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers
  • The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes

  • Except Original Degree Certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university by applied student only.
Upload Documents (Step-III)

Bank Payment Fee (Step-IV)
  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
  • Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
  • Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
  • Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
  • Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
  • Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

  1. Hi, I have paid the amount online to apply for OD on 1/11/2016. But I am still not able to upload the documents as the it is showing the message as ‘incorrect bank details’. I am having the DU number. and SBI site is showing me that online payment is already done. Please help me on what should be done now.

    • as of there is no solution… the server has to get updated. try it now.. even I faced the same problem but able to submit all the details now

  2. Hi, I am applying for OD and paid money online on 1st Nov 2016, when I check the status its giving ‘Your Bank Payment is not Done successfully’. I had my DU number and when tried to login its giving ‘INCORRECT BANK DETAILS’. Can you please help me here.

    I made the payment on 3/11/2016.When I am trying to access account,it is showing “invalid bank details”. It is mentioned in the website ,next day after 12 p.m,you can access your account ,but its not happening ..:( Any one please help !!!!

    I made online bank payments for od and migration certificate on 29-10-2016(Saturday). I got payment confirmation and bank reference number to fill the application online… But im not able to login to enter my educational details for od and migration certificate.. I’m getting an error “invalied bank details”. Kindly help me Through this… waiting for earliest reply

  9. I’m 2012 pass out . I had applied on 03/sep/2016. With in 1 month I got my o.d through speed post.thanks to jntufastupdates for giving detailed instructions.

    in sbi page, when i give option like 2012passdout(postconvocation)—-no details came
    when i gave option like 2012passdout(preconvocation)—-my details exist
    why its heppening?

      It’s the same case with me too. i did online payment, got application number. But i an unable to track the status of it. Please let me know if there is any other way to know the status of application OR any contact number to call & ask.

  12. Hi guys, finally i got pissed off this online procedure. So last week i went to the university and applied for OD. Here is the whole procedure,
    For 2009 passed out students Rs. 5000(Post Convocation)
    For 2010 passed out students Rs. 4500(Post Convocation)
    For 2011 passed out students Rs. 4000(Post Convocation)
    For 2012 passed out students Rs. 3500(Post Convocation)
    For 2013 passed out students Rs. 3000(Post Convocation)
    For 2014 passed out students Rs. 2500(Post Convocation)
    For 2015 passed out students Rs. 2000(Post Convocation)
    For 2016 passed out students Rs. 3500(Pre Convocation)

    – First make a DD of specified amount of money based on your graduation year + 25 rs (DD change) at the SBI bank to “The Registrar JUTU Kakinada”
    – Now fill the OD application form, paste the photos at 1st and 3rd page, make signature where ever required
    – Now staple DD receipt, Filled application form, CMM, PC, 10th marks list, and 2 photos in a paper cover
    – Then go ahead to the examination section handover it to the officer wait for his response, if every thing is good walk out like a boss.

    Done…Done

  13. It’s been almost 40 days since I applied for the OD. No response yet.
    Can some body help me with working Inquiry contact number to reach.

    • Check ur o.d.status in jntuk exam net in od info tab.i f it show your o.d is printed info.soon u will receive I.d through speed post

      • for my OD status, its showing as printed from past 10 days. Still how long it may take??

        Shall i receive any message form JNTU or Speed post.
