IISER Admission Test 2022 Application Starts on 25 April

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISERs) Admission Test 2022 is going to be conducted for admissions to various degree and dual-degree programs offered by IISERs. The written test will be conducted at Bhopal, Berhampur, Mohali, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, Pune, and Tirupati. The IISER admission test is slated to be held on July 3, 2022. Students seeking admissions to IISER can submit their applications online between April 25 and May 20.

IISER Admission Test 2022: Marking Scheme

The Joint Admissions Committee 2022 has made some changes in the marking scheme. As per the new guidelines,

  • Each correct answer will be awarded 3 marks,
  • Each incorrect answer will be awarded -0.75 marks
  • Unanswered questions will be awarded 0 marks.

NTA GAT-B/ BET 2022 Admit Card Released

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B)/ Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET)-2022 admit cards on 19th April. Candidates who are going to compete for the NTA GAT B 2022 can download the exam call letters from the NTA official portal, nta.ac.in, dbt.nta.ac.in. The NTA BET examination is slated to be held on 23rd April 2022. Hence the applicants competing for the test can hurry up to download the hall tickets.

“In case of any difficulty in downloading the Admit Card or discrepancy in the data contained therein, candidates may call the NTA Helpline number: 011-4075 9000 or write to NTA at dbt@nta.ac.in,” NTA statement mentioned.

NTA GAT-B/ BET 2022 Admit Card Released

The National Testing Agency has scheduled GAT-B/BET 2022 exam for April 23. GAT-B/BET-2022 examination will be held in computer-based mode (CBT) mode. The Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B)/ Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) is a national level entrance examination that is being conducted for admission to the Department of Biotechnology supported postgraduate programme in Biotechnology and allied areas in participating institutions (GAT-B) and for the award of DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology (BET).

NTA GAT-B/ BET 2022: Important Points

  • Candidates can download NTA BET Hall tickets after filling up the accurate details.
  • The admit cards has to be downloaded online only. No physical sending of admit cards will be done by the NTA.
  • Candidates have to download the admit card only once. Not supposed to make any changes in the admit card.
  • Candidates have to preserve the admit cards even after the examination for any future verifications.
  • Candidates are advised to preserve a copy of their Admit Card in good condition for future reference, NTA release mentioned.
  • The candidates appearing for GAT-B/ BET 2022 have to keep checking the NTA website- nta.ac.in or dbt.nta.ac.in/ on a frequent basis for the latest updates on the exam.

Maharashtra State Board of Open Schooling result to be announced today

Maharashtra State Board of Open Schooling (MSBOS) has announced that the results of class V and class VIII to be declared today, 20th April at 11am. Students who appeared for the MSBOS academic exams 2021-22 can check the result from the MSBOS official portal, msbos.mh-ssc.ac.in.

Maharashtra State Board of Open Schooling result to be announced today

Maharashtra State Board of Open Schooling examinations for class V and class VIII were held in six divisions of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education i.e., Aurangabad, Pune, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Konkan, and Amravati. The class 5 and class 8 exams were held from 30th December 2021 to 8th January 2022. A large number of students pursuing under Maharashtra State Open School have appeared for the examinations.

Students who are keenly waiting for MSBOS Class 5th and class 8th results can check their result from the official portal, msbos.mh-ssc.ac.in. Visit the page, and enter seat number and mobile number to download the result. Students can check the subject-wise marks. Students can check the result for both the courses from the official portal.

MSBOS was started on 2018 for students who cannot attend the regular classes due to sports and other activities. Also, students who had discontinued their studies due to various reasons are continuing their studies in the open school. MSBOS is planning to add class X and class XII in the upcoming years. Students can appear for the class X and class XII examinations conducted by MSBSHSE as external students by filling up form number 17.

Andhra Pradesh SSC Hall Ticket 2022 Released At Bse.ap.gov.in

Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Andhra Pradesh released the SSC/Class 10th hall tickets 2022 today, 19th April. Students who are waiting to download the exam hall tickets can visit the official website, bse.ap.gov.in. The DGE said that Principals of various schools can avail of school-wise NR and hall tickets from the official website using their school login (username: school code and password: maintained by the school).

Andhra Pradesh SSC Hall Ticket 2022 Released At Bse.ap.gov.in

Students obtaining education from various schools in Andhra Pradesh can avail of their hall tickets from the respective schools. The corresponding school headmasters will distribute the hall tickets to the students of class 10. If there is any printing mistake on the hall ticket, or the photo not printed correctly, headmasters can affix the correct photograph and makes the attestation.

AP Class 10th examinations are going to commence from 27th April 9:30 – 12:45. After downloading the hall tickets, check the details of examination dates [subject-wise], examination venue details, and candidate’s information such as hall ticket number, name of the candidate, date of birth, father’s name, etc, along with examination guidelines.

  • On the homepage, click on the “School wise NR & Hall Tickets for SSC Public Examination – April/ May 2022” link.
  • Enter your username, password, and log in.
  • The AP SSC admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the hall ticket and take a printout for future reference.

TBSE Term 2 Exam Schedule 2022 Revised

Tripura Board of Secondary Education [TBSE] has revised the date sheet of TBSE term 2, Class 12 exams 2022. As per the revised schedule, the TBSE board is going to organize the class 12 examinations from 2nd May 2022. The revised exam date sheet is presently accessible on the TBSE official website, tbse.tripura.gov.in. As per the earlier announcement, the TBSE scheduled the HS/Class 12 examinations for 25th April. Now the starting date has been pushed to 2nd May.

TBSE Term 2 Exam Schedule 2022 Revised

Tripura Board Higher Secondary/class 12 exam date sheet revised. The exams are going to start on 2nd May with the English paper; end by 1st June with Computer Science. The timings of the exam are 12 noon to 1.45 pm. Students who are studying in Tripura HS colleges can check the Higher Secondary Madrasa Fazil Arts and Higher Secondary Madrasa Fazil Theology date sheets from the TBSC official portal.

MP Board Exam Results 2022 To be Declared by April-End

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) is likely to declare class 10 and class 12 board examinations in the last week of April. Controller, MP Board Balwant Verma revealed that the elevation process was completed by the board.

Controller, MP Board Balwant Verma told: “Now we are working on to further the process of declaring the results. Both the Class 10th, 12th exam results will be announced in the last week of April.”

MP Board Exam Results 2022 To be Declared by April-End

MPBSE declared the class 10th results on 14th July in 2021. While the class 12th results were declared on 29th July in 2021. As per the results, In 10 class, 3,56,582 students have secured 1st class, against 3,42,390 in 2020. A total of 9,14,079 students out of 9,25,213 students have qualified the class 10 examinations last year.

In class 12, Out of the total 6,60,682 students appearing for the exam last year, 3,43,064 students have secured the first division and 2,64,295 students were placed in the second division.

NEET UG Counselling 2021: Special Stray Vacancy Round To Fill 323 MBBS Vacant Seats

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is going to conduct the Special Stray Vacancy Round counselling for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2021. NEET UG Special Stray Vacancy Round counselling is going to be conducted to fill up 323 MBBS vacant seats in an online mode. With this counselling, the seats of All India Quota, Central University, Central Institute, AIIMS, and JIPMER will not get wasted. Candidates who are seeking to get NEET UG MBBS admissions can visit the MCC official portal, mcc.nic.in to check the availability of seats.

NEET UG Counselling 2021: Special Stray Vacancy Round To Fill 323 MBBS Vacant Seats

The MCC will not accept any new registrations for the NEET UG 2021 special stray vacancy round 2021. Pre-registered candidates who are not having the seat can participate in the NEET UG Counselling 2021 special stray vacancy round. While the candidates have to fill their choices freshly for the special stray vacancy round.

All the pre-registered candidates [irrespective of category] will have to pay a refundable security pay of Rs 50,000 to participate in the special stray vacancy round. The security amount which was paid by the candidates will be refunded to them if they did not join the collages in the allotted seats.

“Candidates who are not holding any Seat either in All India Quota or State quota are eligible to participate in special stray vacancy round,” the MCC said.

UPSC EPFO Result 2020: Notice for Rejected Candidates

The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) rolled out the result for the post of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) 2020. The UPSC EPFO result 2020 is presently available to download on UPSC’s official portal, upsc.gov.in.

The UPSC released a notification for the rejected candidates. As per the notification, candidates who are rejected for the EPFO written test can represent their rejection in accordance with the criteria and modalities adopted for shortlisting the post. Candidates have to submit the applications before 3rd May. The candidates can submit representation with the substantive ground (s)/ reason(s) to sospc2.upsc@nic.in. Candidates have to send the representations with evidence before 3rd May. Late applications will not be considered.

 “All the representations would be examined and if in any case the grounds/reasons indicated therein are found to be correct as per criteria and modalities adopted, such applications would be shortlisted and rejections of others would be maintained. Thereafter, revised and updated scrutiny details would be uploaded in this space,” the official notice reads.

FYJC Application Process Starts on May 17

The First Year Junior College (FYJC) application process is going to start on 17th May. Students from Nashik, Nagpur, Mumbai, Amravati, Pune, and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation can register for the FYJC admission process 2022-23. The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Committee announced the FYJC application date as 17th May.

FYJC Part I choice filling will continue till the class X results are declared. After that students will be able to fill out part 2 forms. Students can select their preferences in collages. Students must fill up the application forms without any mistakes. The mock registration round will be held from 1st May to 14th May. With this students can understand the FYJC application process, list of required documents information, and upload the documents information, said Meena Shendkar, assistant director of education, Pune division and also in-charge of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Committee in Pune.

Shendkar also said that part 2 forms needs to be submitted within 5 days of the declaration of class X results by the MSBSHSE board. Special round and first-come-first-serve rounds will be conducted yearly. The CAP committee also decided to go with the waiting list in addition.

 “After the special round, based on the preference filled up by the student in the special round, we will create a merit list for individual colleges and conduct admissions based on that,” said Shendkar.
