BPSSC Enforcement SI Mains exam hall ticket 2022

MCC Pauses Choice Filling Process for NEET SS Counselling

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has halted the NEET super specialty counselling as the seats of several collages and institutions were not included in the seat matrix.

“…the choice filling for super speciality will be paused for some time so that these colleges/institutes may add these seats to the seat matrix,” the notice from the MCC read, adding, “as soon the addition of the fresh seats by the colleges/institutes is complete, the choice filling shall be resumed and will be notified by way of notice”.

MCC Pauses Choice Filling Process for NEET SS Counselling

The MCC added 237 seats by the evening. In which, 97 all-India quota seats were also added to the round 1 seat matrix.

The MCC taken the decision to pause the SS counseling process after the Federation of Resident Doctors’ Association (FORDA) wrote to the Director General of Health Services mentioning that 250 seats were not being shown in the seat matrix. In round 1 seat matrix the seats from prestigious institutes such as Army Research and Referral hospital and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital were not listed.

FORDA in its letter said, “Seats from these institutions are always opted for by the top-rankers in various specialities…addition of these seats in Round 2 will essentially turn the Round 1 into a mock round as the top-rankers will apply for upgrade in the Round 2.”

The FORDA’s letter also mentioned the details of fee structure, stipend, and bond for each healthcare institute were not yet published. This will become difficult for candidates to select the institution.

NEET-SS is the special category test for various specializations like neurology, cardiology, urology, etc. NEET SS was supposed to be held in July 2021 and it was finally held in January 2022 due to the COVID surge. NEET-SS First round counselling was now halted and the counselling dates will be announced shortly by the MCC.

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) announced that TS ICET [Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test] registration process to begin from 6^th April onwards. The last date to apply for TS ICET is 27^th June. Hence the applicants seeking admission in MBA and MCA courses can hurry up to fill up the application form on TSCHE portal, tsche.ac.in.

TS MBA MCA Entrance test/ICET 2022 is slated to be conducted on 27^th and 28^th July respectively. The TS ICET admit cards to be released on 18^th July on TSCHE portal. TSCHE also announced that the Telangana ICET answer key to be released on 4^th August and the result to be released on 22^nd August. Karnataka universities to use CUET score for UG admissions

Twenty-five universities in Karnataka state have decided to use the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 scores for admission to undergraduate programs. Based on the CUET score admission will be provided to various UG degree courses such as BA, BSc, and BCom.

Karnataka universities to use CUET score for UG admissions

“Today I had a meeting with vice-chancellors of 25 state universities from Karnataka to discuss the common university entrance test (CUET). The VCs have supported the introduction of CUET and have agreed to use CUET for admissions in BA, BSc, BCom and similar programmes,” the UGC Chairman in a social media post said today,” UGC chairman Jagadesh Kuma tweeted today.

CUET 2022 Online application process is going to start from 6th April. Candidates qualifying for the CUET examination will get admission in various UG courses for the academic session 2022 – 23 in all UGC-funded central universities.

CUET will be conducted in 13 languages; students can select their preferred language. The CUET registration process will be starting on 6^th April. Visit the CUET official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in to fill up the application form. Earlier, the CUET announced the registration date as 2^nd April, but it was postponed to 6^th April.

CUET will allow the students to opt for the streams. Students who pursued science in their Intermediate can also opt the humanities-based UG Courses. Students seeking admissions to various colleges have to go through the eligibility details of various courses and the language of the course from the respective college’s websites.

The Twelfth Convocation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Ananatapur, Ananathapuramu is scheduled on 11th April 2022 (Monday) at 11.00 AM in the NTR Auditorium, JNTU Anantapur, Ananthapuramu.

Gold Medal recipients can receive their gold medals, degree and merit certificates on the dais.
All Ph.D/MPhil/MS awardees can receive their degrees on the dais.
The student of B.Tech & B.Pharmacy courses need not attend the convocation and their degree certificates will be sent to them to the address given in the application by registered/speed post.
PG students (MBA/MCA/M.Tech/M.Pharm/MSc/Pharm.D(P.B)) who have applied for the award of degree (in convocation only) and wish to attend the convocation may do so and can collect their degree certificates at the venue after the convocation, only on prior intimation to the Director of Evaluation.
For others, degree certificates will be sent to them to the address given in the application by registered/speed post.

All the gold medal recipients, PhD/M.Phil awardees, and PG students attending the convocation shall collect entry passes from the office of the Controller of Examinations, JNTUA, Examinations Branch on 09.04.2022 (Saturday) or 10.04.2022 (Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM without fail. Two persons are permitted to accompany each of the Gold medalists/Ph.D/M.Phil awardees. TS Polycet 2022 Exam Date, Application Dates announced

The official notification reads, “Eligibility to appear for POLYCET-2022: Candidates who have passed SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, TS, Hyderabad are eligible to apply. The candidates who have compartmentally passed or appearing for SSC-2022 are also eligible to apply. However, they must have passed in all the subjects before seeking admission”.

TS POLYCET 2022 examination fee:

Examination Fee for general category candidates – ₹450.
For SC/ST candidates the examination fee is – ₹250.

Telangana Polytechnic Admission Process

Based on the rank scored in the TS POLYCET, admission will be offered into engineering and non-engineering, technical courses.

Candidates who qualify for the TS POLYCET with good merit will get admission in various state-based polytechnic courses post counseling sessions. The counseling schedule will be announced after the result declaration.

The ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ program will help to shape the future of primary education and the development of primary schools in the state. The UP State Government is planning to increase the literacy rate in primary and upper primary schools. School children will be given various facilities to continue their education without any interruption.

Initially, the ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ program will be implemented in the Shravasti district, which is having the lowest literacy rate. After that, the services will be extended to the other districts, Balrampur, Bahraich, Badaun, and Rampur. Under this campaign, the school children will be given books, uniforms, shoes, and socks for free of cost.

In UP state, government schools must achieve the goals of ‘Operation Kayakalp’, which can help the development. The UP Chief Minister Mr. Adityanath clarified that only public representatives will be working for the ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ scheme. And also, MLAs will adopt a school each.

Also, the officials can adapt the schools for holistic development, CM said. The schools will be given basic facilities like drinking water, furniture, toilets, etc. And also working on smart classes for the students. Departmental officials will work to collaborate with the alumni (of government schools) and private firms for further improvements.

UP CM has already given the instructions to the education department regarding the School Chalo Abhiyan campaign. The program to gear up from today, 4^th April as per the guidelines of CM in Uttar Pradesh.
