The Principals are informed to note that the dates are revised for lab external examinations of both even and odd semesters I, II & III years of B.Tech/B.Pharm and mid exams of even semester. As given in letter in Ref-2: the centre  preferences of students for writing  lab external examinations may be uploaded to the University portal on or before 20-11-2020. These examination should be scheduled during 07-12-2020 to 11-12-2020.

The second mid-term examinations B.Tech. / B.Pharm  I-II, II- II, III-II and I-II B.Pharm mid I & II  shall be conducted during 06-10-2020 to 10-11-2020 either in the form of viva exam or in the form of online exam.

There will  be no online classes of odd semesters from 12-11-2020 to 05-12-2020 for B.Tech. / B.Pharm due to I-II, II- II, III-II Regular exams. Academic calendars will be modified, accordingly

UP ITI Seat Allotment Process 2020

  • UP VPP is going to release the merit list for Group A, Group B Courses separately based on the essential qualification and preference of marks.
  • The VPPUP has introduced new rules, as such the preference will be given for state candidates in the admission process. Vertical & Horizontal Reservation will be provided based on 25% seats based on Block Level, Tehsil, District Level & State Level.
  • The number of Seats will be available Online based on the Pool Arrangements.
  • As per the new rules, the first preference will be given for NCVT courses.
  • When comes to the choice filling scenario, students can opt maximum 6 Choice in any 3 Districts. Applicants can select maximum 10 Choice for Group A & Group B Courses.
  • The UP VPP will prepare the district-wise merit list for Group A, and Group B Courses individually. Once the seat allotted in Group A courses, then the candidate will not be revised for allocation in Group B Courses.
  • In admission process, 20% of reservation for female candidates will be offered. There are 12 special ITI Colleges were there in UP exclusively for female candidates.

UP ITI Admission Process – Round I

  • The UP ITI 1st round seat allotment will be done on various factors such as Trade, Institute, Course & Group wise Seats.
  • If a candidate specified in merit list does not get the admission in the 1st round, they can proceed for next rounds of seat allocation process.

UP ITI Admission – Round II [Upgradation List]

  • The VPPUP is going to prepare a separate list with the number of seats left in the 1st round of seat allotment process.
  • The 2nd round of seat allocation will be done for the remaining seats.
  • If students got the seat in the 1st round and waiting to get admission in other college/institute can also participate in the 2nd round of seat allotment process.
  • The VPPUP will display the 2nd list on its website and also the information will be intimated to registered candidates through phone, email. Candidates in the merit list can get admission within 60 days.
  • Coming to the Upgradation, candidates who got the seat in the 1st round and wants to upgrade the seat can again select their preferable course/institute, trade and need to continue with the 2nd round seat allocation process.
  • If they get admission, they have to pay the requisite application fee or they may proceed for next round of seat allocation process.

ITI Seat Allocation – Phase III

  • The rest of the seats will be allocated in the 3rd round of admission process. The candidates will be called for 4 times and the admission process will be completed within 5 days based on the remaining seats.
  • The VPPUP is going to display the complete information such as choice filling, available seats and other details on its official portal, vppup.in.
  • If the student has not provided with the option, then he/she will be given admission into the college/institute filled on the admission form.
  • Overall the selection process will be completed within 4 days and the candidates will be given 5 days for admission.
  • Mostly, the seat allotment process for candidates who did not allocated seats will get completed in 3rd
  • Otherwise, if the candidates do not get admission in phase III also, they can get admission in 4th

UP ITI Seat Allocation – Phase IV

  • The 4th round admission process will be done based on the remaining seats. The admission process will be done within 07 days.
  • The VPPUP will list the information of candidates who had already applied earlier.
  • Candidates those have newly applied will have to attend for document verification from the Principal of Optioned Institute within 3 Days.
  • The VPPUP ITI admission process will be completed within 4 days and the candidates have to report to the admission within 5 days.

The first batch students of R16 regulations had admitted in the AY 2016-17. Some students shall be falling short of a few marks to pass one or two subjects and by adding a specified grace marks (less than the eligible grace marks) these students pass these one or two subjects and sufficient credits to obtain their Provisional Degree Certificate (PC). University gives maximum grace marks which are equal to 0.15% of the total aggregate marks Of all subjects Of all semesters.

As per R16 regulation, the B. Tech. and B. Pharm. students have to acquire 186 credits out of 192 credits (ref.2). Vide Ref. 3 cited above, permission has been accorded to extend this grace marks facility to the students Of R16 regulations also.

The total marks in each course and grace marks (upper-bound case) Of B. Tech. and B. Pharm. courses of R16 regulations are summarized as follows:

In the context of credit-based detention, a student has to 50% of the total credits offered for the promotion from first year to second year and 60% of the total credits for promotion from to third year as well as third year to fourth year. To give benefit to the students, University permission to consider the credits which are obtained by the above said calculation followed by truncation, instead of rounding (Ref.4) from the year 2018. In similar manner to give benefit to the students it is submitted to take the upper-bound marks as the maximum grace marks.

The Permission has been accorded to give upper bound marks, after computation of grace marks to the students of R16 regulations as a onetime exemption in view of Covid-19 situation.

The University Examination branch adds the grace marks, not exceeding 0.15% marks of the total marks to one or two subjects in which the student failed, if adding these grace marks helps the student to

i) pass in these one or two failed subjects and

ii) get eligibility to receive the degree.

These grace marks shall be added only when the candidate submits an undertaking which is duly forwarded by the Principal of the concerned college.

The University introduced Choice-Based Credit System from the academic year 2016-17 onwards as R16 Academic Regulations. As per the R16 Regulations, in the marks memo of the student, only the letter grade and grade point are shown; the actual marks secured by the student are not shown. Hence the student does not know how many marks are required to pass the subject and student cannot apply for the grace marks.

Hence the matter was placed in the XXXVIII Standing Committee of the Academic Senate Meeting under table item no.4 for the suitable directions. The Academic Senate advised the Examination branch to notify all the eligible students, college-wise, after the declaration of every series of examinations. The benefit of grace marks shall be extended to only such students who submit their application cum undertaking for grace marks. All such student undertakings must be endorsed by the College Principal.

Under the circumstances as stated above, the Vice-Chancellor is pleased to approve to notify all the eligible students, college-wise, after the declaration of every series of examinations.

The benefit of grace marks shall be extended only to students who submit their application cum undertaking endorsed by the Principal of the College for grace marks, subject to ratification by the Executive Council.

The Government is setting up 11158 village secretariats and 3786 ward secretaries across the state.

TS Dharani Portal Land Registration, Records Online Search – Slot Booking For Citizen: Telangana State Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao has launched the Dharani portal for land registrations across the state. All the land and property registrations will be done transparently through the “Dharani” portal. The portal was started on 29th October, Thursday at Medchal, Malkajigiri, Muduchinthalapalli mandal. Along with CM KCR, all the officials and union leaders have participated in the inauguration occasion of the Dharani portal. The TRS government is proud to announce that it is introducing an IT intervention electronic system for revenue records for the first time in the country.

TS Chief Minister has launched the Dharani Portal to offer various benefits for the farmers and landowners. 93% are smallholder farmers will be benefited from this portal. NTR Patel abolished the Patwari system. After that, the Telangana State Government is taking the steps to support the farmers. Pattadar Passbook

Pattadar Passbooks will be delivered to the address of registered candidates after the land registration. Also, one can download Pattadar Passbook from the Dharani website y entering the PPB Number/Aadhar Number. The land registration process will be completed within 10 minutes without any hassle. As soon as the registration process completes, the registered candidates will be provided with temporary PPBs.

No illegal registrations

Now all the records of 1,45,58,000 acres of land have been cleaned and displayed on the Dharani portal. These details can be found by anyone in any corner of the world. One’s land is written off or changed by another under any circumstances.  Illegal registrations will not take place today. Devadaya, waqf, and forest lands are located in Dharani. But are in Auto-lock. No officer can change them.

Hassle-free Registration – No Need to Roam around Registration Office

For land sales/purchases, no one needs to roam around offices. The registration process will be completed within a few minutes after the application. The state previously had only 140 sub-registrar offices. In addition, 570 Tahsildar offices have been converted into Sub-Registrar’s offices. In past, people used to visit RGO for mutation. Now, the process will be made easier. One can book their slot on the day of their choice. Sample documents are also available on the portal as you write yourself. Document writers are not required to write. They also do not charge as much as before. There will be a fixed fee.

Registration Process – How to Register Non Agriculture Lands/Properties in Dharani Portal

If a person sells to Acers of land to another person, then both have to inform to the Tahsildar office. They have to inform the way of registration and have to pay the concerned registration fee. The mutation fee will also be very less. As per the applicant’s convenience, the slot will be booked. At the allotted slot, the applicants have to visit the office. Within 10-15 minutes of registration, the mutation will be done at the office. The land details will be deleted from the seller’s passbook and will e entered into the buyer’s passbook. The information will be immediately updated on the Dharani portal. Within 20 minutes, the buyer will get the registration papers and Dharani copy. If both are farmers, the information will be updated in their passbooks. Same as bank passbooks, the land sales/purchase details will be updated in PPBs. If the buyer is not having a passbook, he can pay the concerned fee to apply for the passbook. After the application, within a week he/she can avail of the PPB. The PPB will be sent through the post. The Passbooks will be printed highly authenticated under the Government official’s protection. No one can misuse the details of passbooks.

Registration Charges

The government has kept the same registration fees as in the past. Everyone knows what the survey number is, village and zone. Registration charges are paid before coming to the office. Sub-Registrars previously had discretionary powers. Now that power is gone. People should only pay the price fixed by the government. No bribes will work. The government will soon issue directions on measuring every inch of space in Telangana digitally. The survey decision is made and coordinates (latitudes, longitudes) are determined for them. No one in the world can change these parameters.

The Revenue Department will Work Day & Night Shifts

To ensure the guaranteed services, the revenue department will work in the day and night shifts. The Revenue Department will handle 55 different services. The department will be worked as per the guidelines of the government. No more mistakes will happen from now onwards. The land registrations will be done only if the buyer’s thumbprint, seller’s thumbprint, and tahsildar’s thumbprint present. Neither the Collector, nor the Revenue Secretary, nor the Minister has the power to do otherwise. Those who are responsible for the registration are responsible. Ward members, ministers, and MPs should all work together.
