The Qualified Candidates of TS ECET-2020 (Diploma Holders of all branches including Pharmacy & B.Sc Maths Candidates) who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier shall get their Certificates verified from designated Help Line Centres mentioned in the Annexure I. The candidates who have participated in Phase-I Counseling can also exercise options using their old password, Login ID, for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment as per the schedule given below, and it is advised to exercise options for interested Engineering and Pharmacy Colleges assuming that vacancies are available in the course of their choice.

For downloading the candidate’s provisional allotment order, enter the ROC Form Number, TSECET Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in Candidate login in https://tsecet.nic.in. Pay the Tuition Fee mentioned in the Provisional allotment order through online (Credit Card / Debit Card/ Net Banking ) within the prescribed time and self report through online system in candidates login and take admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat. Take the printout. The candidates with zero Tuition Fee mentioned on provisional allotment order shall perform the self reporting within the prescribed time through online system in candidates login and take admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat. Take the printout. Candidates / Parents are advised to make tuition fee payment from their own Bank Accounts. In case of refunds, if any, the amount will be remitted back through online in to the same Bank Account from which the payment was made.

If the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he / she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat. Follow the further instructions printed on the provisional allotment order. After first phase, if the candidate cancels admission through Online after payment of Tuition Fee and exercise options in subsequent phases if any, Tuition Fee paid earlier shall be considered for subsequent allotment of seat and forfeiture of amount will be applicable as mentioned below.

After first phase, after payment of Tuition Fee, if the candidate cancels the provisionally allotted seat through online on or before the cut off date notified for cancellation in first phase as mentioned in allotment order, full Tuition Fee paid will be refunded.

IPU CET Counselling and Seat Allotment Process

After declaration of the result, the IPU is going to conduct the counselling process for admission of qualified candidates. The IPU CET counselling process is expected to be conducted from 25^th September to 10^th October for all the courses. Qualified candidates can fill up the choices for admission. As per the choices filled by the aspirants, the colleges will be allotted. Based on the rank, category of the candidate’s the seats will be filled by the IPU. 3 Rounds of counselling process will be done for the qualified aspirants. In first round open counselling and in last round mop-up counselling will be done by the IPU. Students should pay the counselling fee of Rs 1000. Also, the students are advised to carry all the required documents to the counselling process.

The University examination centre has scheduled II Mid examinations from 12-10-2020, Laboratory examinations from 17-10-2020 and end examinations from 26-10-2020 for III B.Tech/B.Pharmacy II Semester as these students are already studying and going to complete IV B.Tech/B.Pharmacy I Semester by 30-11-2020 as per Academic Calendar.

In view of COVID pandemic, many students, parents and colleges are requesting to relax the schedule for writing the Mid and laboratory examinations and to give permission to appear for Mid, quiz and end examinations at the centres near to the present locations of the students similar to final semester examinations.

Hence, as per the directions, all the Principals of affiliated colleges are hereby informed to collect the options from the students writing III B.Tech/B.Pharmacy II Semester examinations and to submit the same in the University examinations portal before 10-10-2020 02:00 PM. The III B.Tech/B.Pharmacy II Sem II Mid, Quiz and Laboratory external examinations can be conducted from 12-10-2020 to 31-10-2020 without affecting the end examinations.

As the colleges are facing many problems to conduct the server based online quiz in multiple sessions, the Principals are informed to conduct the II quiz examinations in offline/online at college level with 20 multiple choice questions with a weightage of ½ mark each as mentioned in the academic regulations. The II Mid and Quiz examination marks are to be uploaded to University by the parent college.

Qualifying Marks for TSICET-2020:

The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e. 50 marks out of total 200 marks). However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed.

AU All Degree Courses 2nd & 4th Sem Exams Schedule from 19-10-2020

U.G. 2nd and 4th Sem Examinations For B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA & BHM – 19-10-2020 onwards

All UG students of Andhra University Affiliated Colleges are hereby informed that they are required to attend the examinations as per the above schedule. The colleges will make all necessary arrangements for the purpose of conduct of examinations by observing precautions and maintenance of social distancing. Arrangements have been made to conduct the above examinations by observing S.O.P. as directed through National Directives/ guidelines for containment of COVlD-19 in the examination halls and associated hostels.

It is further informed that Special Examination will be conducted at a later date to all such students, who are staying outside the State/Country and are not in a position to travel to attend to the above examinations or students from containment zones with valid proof of submission of documents of their absence to their respective College Principals.
