JNTUH Special Supplementary Exam for foreign Students 2020

The Principals of all the non autonomous affiliated and constituent colleges are informed to note that it is proposed to conduct special supplementary exams for the foreign students who completed all semesters of their course work, but having backlog subjects.

Hence it is informed to send the details, in the below mentioned proforma, of all the foreign students studying in their respective colleges on or before 21-09-2020 (Monday).

This provision is given only for the current season as the semester exams which are supposed to be scheduled in April/May-2020 are differed due to covid-19 pandemic. The time deadline for submission of data is to be strictly followed which enable the exam branch to plan for the special supply examinations.

SBTET-Pre Exams – Schedule of Diploma Supplementary and Regular Examinations for the Scheme of C18 – Supplementary for I & III Semesters and Regular Examination for II & IV Semesters including Supplementary C-18 II – Semester -October -2020- Communicated- Reg.

With reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform that, the Board Diploma Supplementary and Regular Examinations for the C-18 Scheme are scheduled to commence from 1st week of October-2020 onwards and the Details are as follows.

The Detailed Time Table will be communicated in due course. However, you are requested to inform the Examination schedule to the students and staff well in advance.

Further, the Principals are requested to follow the below instructions for smooth conduct of examination:

Examinations shall be conducted by duly maintaining the Physical distance among the students by making seating arrangements as per the Govt. Norms.

2. Candidates shall be informed to carry their own hand sanitizer in transparent bottles.

3. Candidates shall be informed to appear for Examination by wearing mask.

4. Parents shall be informed to guide their ward(s) about precautions to be taken by them at Examination Centre to avoid spread of COVID-19 at Examination Centre.

The Principals of all Constituent and Affiliated Colleges of JNTUH are requested to furnish the complete details of readmitted students for substitute subjects for the subjects repeated in odd semesters (II-I, III-I and IV-I Semesters) for the academic year 2020-2021, on or before 12-10-2020 in the following format only.

The Following Examination Notification is issued to conduct Examinations in the month of October 2020

MCA Supplementary Examinations October 2020

I Semester (For 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 admitted batches only)
III Semester (For 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 regular and 2019 lateral entry admitted batches only)
V Semester (For 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 admitted batches only)

The Students appearing for the above examinations commencing from 08.10.2020 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

1. Without Late Fee : 26-09-2020
2. With Late Fee of Rs. 100/- : 28-09-2020
3. With Late Fee of Rs.1000/- : 30-09-2020
3. With Late Fee of Rs.3000/- : 03-10-2020
3. With Late Fee of Rs.5000/- : 05-10-2020

EXAMINATION FEE :

1. Each Theory/Practical Subject [For Supplementary] : Rs. 600/-
2. Memorandum of Marks : Rs. 10/-
3. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-

Note:

Applications are available at the office Of the Principal and duly filled-in applications should be handed over in the college office along with necessary fee.
Hall tickets will be issued only to the eligible candidates who fulfill the academic requirements Of the University.
Applications for supplementary examinations should be submitted along With attested photocopies of marks sheets pertaining to earlier attempts made by the student.
Principals are requested to verity the eligibility of the registration for examination in respect Of malpractice/court cases/credits.
The Principals are requested to inform the students that mere payment Of examination fee does not guarantee eligibility for appearing for examinations.
Detailed timetables will be notified in the website www.jntua.ac.in under “Examinations”.
For the students due date to submit the registration forms at college exam branch is one day before the ‘last date’.
