The B. Tech. (CCC) students who wish to apply for the University examination are informed to note the new procedure for making the Exam fee payment and for the submission of the application for the B.Tech (CCC). Examinations.

  1. Visit the University Examinations portal at the URL registrations.jntuh.ac.in
  2. Select the regular / backlog subjects, year-wise, for which the registrations are to be performed using the appropriate menu service.
  3. If not uploaded earlier upload your pass-port size digital photograph in the same registrations portal. Ensure that the quality of the digital photo is very good. The uploaded photograph must be in the jpg (JPEG) format size below 50kb. If it is in other format, it should be converted to JPEG format.
  4. Obtain the printout of the PDF file corresponding to your subject registration details from the same registrations portal.
  5. Make the payment online, either by using the Visa / Master credit / debit cards or by generating the SBH online challan.
  6. The photo copies of PDF receipt generated in case of payment by payment-gateway or the University copy of the SBH challan in case of challan payment should be taken.
  7. The copy of the printout of the registration receipt (item 4 above) and the payment receipt (as in item 6 above) should be tagged/stapled and send by post to “B. Tech (CCC) cell, Office of the Director, SCDE, Administrative Building, JNTU Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, 500 085”

General Instructions:

1. All the candidates are informed to carry their valid identity cards, while writing their examinations and whenever they visit the SCDE office for any query or for getting any certificates / marks memos. If the validity of the identity card is expired, the students must renew their identity cards immediately.

2. All the students must note that the examination fee is Rs.150/‐ per theory subject / lab exam (for I to IV years) and Rs. 150/‐ for viva‐voce (for final year only).

3. ALL THE STUDENTS SHALL ALSO PAY THE FEE FOR MARKS MEMO @ RS.10/‐ PER YEAR, ALONG WITH THE EXAM FEE, WITHOUT FAIL.

4. The total amount payable towards examination fee should include exam fee for all the Theory Subjects, Viva‐Voce fee, fee for memorandum of marks @ Rs.10/‐ per year and the Late Fee, wherever applicable.

5. The candidates are held personally responsible for all the entries made in the online application form / hall ticket and any incorrect information or information suppressed will entitle disciplinary action against the candidates.

6. The results of examinations will be informed only through website www.jntuh.ac.in and students should download the Memorandum of Marks from the website. The original marks memos can be taken in person whenever the students visit SCDE Office.

TS SBTET Notification 2020: Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training has released Diploma Examination Notification April 2020. Applications are invited from eligible candidates to appear for C18, C16S Diploma examination to be conducted by Board during April 2020.

1. With reference to the subject cited above, I furnish herewith the detailed notification inviting applications from eligible candidates of C16S (VI sem), C-18 (II & IV sem) & ER-91 (2nd Yera) schemes to appear for the Regular end Semester examinations April 2020 commencing from 04-04-2020 for the courses as mentioned in the Annexure.

2. In this regard, It Is Informed that the regular candidates who are Intending to appear for the examinations can approach the Polytechnics where they are studying (or) visit sbtet.telangana.gov.in for making fee payment online. Hall tickets will be generated to the candidates who put up the required percentage of attendance to appear for the examination, After downloading the Hall Ticket from sbtet.telangana.gov.in the candidate must obtain the signature of the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination. Further, Prindpals are requested to give the necessary Instructions to the Head of Sections to sign on the hall tickets for subjects after thorough verification of eligibility. (Note: Before remitting the fee, the candidate shall ensure the eligibility status, since fee once paid Is not refundable or adjusted under any circumstances.)

Candidates who possess 75% of attendance only will be permitted to appear for the Regular Examination, However, the Prindpals are empowered to condone the shortage of attendance up to 10% based on Medical Grounds only, on production of supporting material of such claim, For such candidates the Head of Section of the concern Branch has to recommend for condonation through online at college login of sbtet.telangana.gov.in and forward to the Principal, the Principal has to approve online all such condonation cases on or before 03-04-2020 so as to enable the student to make the examination fee payment along with condonation fee through online, Principals are requested NOT to take any DDs towards payment of condonation fee.

4. The percentage of attendance will be calculated with total attended days by the candidate plus the Presumptive Attendance of 26 days (from 02-03-2020 to 03-04-2020) against the total working days of 90 per semester and 180 days (for ER-91 Scheme) per Year, On the last working day 03-04-2020 the actual attended days will be calculated, if any candidate secures less than 75% attendance he has to pay condonation fee to download the hall ticket. If any candidate secures less than 65% attendance as on 03-04-2020 he will be detailned and even if he pays the examination fee, hall ticket will NOT be generated for such students and fee will not be refunded or adjusted.

5. The Principals of the concerned Polytechnics/institutions where Regular exams are being conducted are requested to ensure that the completion of the syllabus before semester/Year last working day i.e. on or before 03-04-2020 as per the Academic calendar.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh have decided to implementing the Post Metric Scholarships scheme, to all eligible students belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) [through the Social Welfare Department], the Scheduled Tribes (ST) [through the Tribal Welfare Department], the Backward Classes (BC), Kapu & Economically Backward Class (EBC) [through the Backward Classes Welfare Department, Minorities [through the Minorities Welfare Department] and the Differently Abled [through the Women Development, Child Welfare & Disabled Welfare Department] categories, on a saturation basis.

Government after careful examination of the matter and in partial modification of the instructions/guidelines issued earlier, hereby formulate the two new schemes viz. (i) “Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF)”, and (ii) “Jagananna Vasathi Deevena (MTF)” to implement for all the students belonging to SC,ST, BC, EBC (other than Kapu), Kapu, Minority and Differently Abled categories who are pursuing the post metric courses from ITI to Ph.D except Intermediate, through their respective agencies, with the following guidelines.

Schemes:

(a) Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF): to provide complete fee reimbursement to every eligible student.

(b) Jagananna Vasathi Deevena (MTF) : to provide Rs.10,000/- per person to ITI students, Rs.15,000/- per person to Polytechnic students, Rs.20,000/- per person for other Degree and above courses per year to every eligible student for food and hostel expenses.

Date of Applicability of the schemes:

The schemes “Jagananna Vidya Deevena(RTF)” and “Jagananna Vasathi Deevena(MTF)” shall be applicable from the Financial year 2019-20.

Beneficiaries of the Schemes:

(a) Eligible Students: The students under the following categories are eligible for availing the Schemes.

i. All the students, pursuing Polytechnic, ITI and Degree & above level courses in Government/Aided/Private colleges, affiliated to State Universities / Boards.

ii. Day scholar students, students in College Attached Hostels (CAH) and Department Attached Hostels (DAH).

iii. 75% of the aggregate attendance is mandatory for release of scholarships.

(b) In – eligible Students: The students under the following categories are not eligible for availing the Schemes.

i. Studying in Private Universities / Deemed Universities.

ii. Pursuing Correspondence / Distance education courses.

iii. Admitted under Management / Spot Quota.

Income Eligibility:

i. The total family annual income to be less than or equal to Rs.2.50 lakhs.

ii. The total land holding of the family to be less than 10.00 acres of wet or 25.00 acres of dry or 25.00 acres both wet and dry land together.

iii. No member of the family should be a government employee/ pensioner (all sanitary workers irrespective of their salary/ recruitment, are eligible. The Social Welfare Department shall develop a robust & fool-proof system of certification of parents of the beneficiaries under category of “Sanitary workers”).

iv. No member of the family should own a four-wheeler (Taxies/Tractors/Autos are exempted).

v. A family who owns no property or less than 1500 Sft of built up area (Residential or Commercial) in urban areas is eligible.

vi. No member of the family should be an income tax payee.

Mode of Disbursement:

(a) Jagananna Vidya Deevena shall be credited to the respective College accounts on behalf of students.

(b) Jagananna Vasathi Deevena:

i. Jagananna Vasathi Deevena shall be credited into the respective account of the mother of the eligible student.

ii. In case of the demise or absence of the mother, the amount shall be credited to the account of the natural guardian of the student.

  • Click on ‘Apply Online’ to apply for LAWCET.
  • The application affirmation will be displayed on the screen.
  • Take a printout of it for further reference.
