Eligibility to apply in COEs/SOEs:

All the ST students (Boys & Girls) of Telangana who are appearing for SSC March, 2020 Public Examinations from T.W Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools are eligible for the admissions. Admissions for IIT Study Centre, Rajendranagar, TTWR COE (Girls), Warangal, SOE/COEs will be given on the basis of merit through Screening Tests at two levels conducted by TS Gurukulam. The 1st Screening test may be objective type and 2nd Screening test may be descriptive type. Only the meritorious students from the 1st screening test may be permitted to attend 2nd level screening test at 1:3 ratio. After the 2nd level screening test the selected students will get admission into 1st year Intermediate with integrated coaching for JEE Main/Advanced, EAMCET/NEET/AIIMS along with all benefits which extended by TS Gurukulam, such as free boarding, lodging, Uniform, note books & text books, study material , bedding material and examination fee etc.

  • They should also pass SSC in 1st attempt in March-2020 and secure at least B2 grade (7 points) in aggregate and also secure at least B2 grade in English in SSC Public Examinations 2019.
  • Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test (the question paper will be in bilingual) Telugu and English.
  • Parental Income for the year 2020-2021 financial year should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines at the time of admissions.
  • Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Aadhar Card., Marks Memo, Study, T.C., Medical fitness certificate from not less than assistant civil surgeon, (06) Passport size photos at the time of admission.
  • In this regard it is to proposed that the modalities are to be prepared with the following guidelines.
  • There should be two level of entrance tests to be conducted, the first level with MCQ for 160 marks in English, Maths, Physics and Chemistry for MPC and for BPC English, Physics, Chemistry and Biological Science each subject will have 40 questions each question carries one mark.
  • The question paper should be prepared from the basics of VIII to X classes (English and optional subjects).
  • The descriptive question paper contains Maths, Physics and Chemistry for MPC and Physics, Chemistry and Biological Science for BPC each subject carries 40 marks.
  • The question paper consist in each subject 10 very short questions which carries 2 marks and 5 short questions which carries 4 marks. Thus
  • The 2nd Language in all these Institutions may be permitted ‘Telugu’.

Reservation pattern in COEs/SOEs:

1. Admissions will be reserved for STs of Telangana state only, as per GO in vogue.

2. 3% of overall seats will be reserved to the Physically Handicapped children who can attend their work without anybody’s help based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board.

Eligibility:

  • The students who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March2020/10th class from ICSE / CBSE on regular basis are eligible to write the entrance test. The students who secure A1 to B2 in SSC are eligible for admission in to COEs and the students who pass SSC in March, 2020 (on regular basis) are eligible for admission into Centre of Excellence Colleges.
  • The annual income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (for Urban students) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for Rural students) as certified by MRO.
  • The students from Telugu Medium OR English Medium are eligible for this entrance test.
  • The age of the students shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2020. In case of SC students and SC c converted Christian relaxation of age for 2 years will be allowed.
  • The students should produce all relevant certificates at the time of admission, then only the admission will be confirmed.

Notification for Admission into 1st Year Intermediate COEs- 2020-21

Admission procedure / Selection process:

1. The applicant must submit his / her application only through ONLINE by visiting website www.tswreis.in.

2. There is a registration fee of Rs.100/- for submission of application through ONLINE from any Internet centre through NET banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.

3. Before filling the application through online the candidate have to read the information/ prospectus already uploaded in the website www.tswreis.in

4. [*ADVICE: they can prepare a hard copy first and then fill though online to avoid mistakes].

5. Please upload the photo and signature of the candidate within 100 kb size only.

6. The Candidates must opt the colleges while applying on-line. The candidates shall be considered for admission into the colleges according to their option, based on the availability of seats in those Institutions and based on their merit in that caste. The option once exercised is final and cannot be changed.

7. The Candidates are advised to download the Hall ticket from 30.12.2019 to 05.01.2020 for appearing to the 1st screening test scheduled on 05-01-2020. The candidate should fill the bonafide Certificate (provided at the bottom of the Hall ticket) and get signed by the Head Master / Principal concerned where he / she is studying 10th class and handover it to the Invigilator at the time of entrance test.

1st Level Screening Test:

  • This is a paper based OMR test and will be held on 05-01-2020, in the following subjects for 160 marks.
  • The Questions will be of multiple choice type [MCQs].
  • Each question carries ONE mark. Each Question has only one correct answer.
  • For each wrong answer ¼ mark shall be deducted.
  • The candidates should write and bubble from the set of question paper given to them in the space provided in OMR without fail. Otherwise the valuation cannot be done.
  • The admission shall be provided based on the merit and community reservation.

Postman: Candidates should have passed Class 12 and should possess knowledge of local language. The candidates will be required to furnish the Certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized computer training institute.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Candidates should have passed Class 10 and should possess knowledge of local language.

Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant: Candidates should have passed Class 12. The candidates will also be required to furnish Certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized computer training institute.

TN Postal Circle Recruitment 2019: How to apply

Interested and eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with other necessary documents to the given address:

“The Assistant Director (Recruitment), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle, Chennai – 600002.”

How to Apply:-

The candidates who satisfy the above conditions may send their application in the prescribed format as in Annexure D affixing their recent passport size photograph, duly  filled in, to the Assistant Director (Recruitment), O/0 the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Circle, Chennai-600002 so as to reach on or before the last date fixed for receipt(31.12.2019) of application either by speed post or registered post only, with superscription as ” Application for Sports Quota Recruitment 2019, Tamilnadu Circle”. The application can be downloaded from www.tamilnadupost.nic.in and www.indiapost.gov.in.

Application Fee:-

The candidates shall have to pay Application Fee of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) in any of  the computerized post offices in India specifying Direct Recruitment of postal Assistant /Sorting Assistant/ Postman/ Multi Tasking Staff under sports quota and post for which he / she is applying and submit the original receipt along with the application.

Important Dates:

The last date for payment of application fee at any Post Office is 28-12-2019 and the last date  for receipt of application is 31-12-2019.
