TS SBTET Diploma Supply Notification Nov 2019: State board of technical education and training, telangana has released Supplementary Diploma Examinations November 2019 Notification for the candidates of C16, C16S, C14, C09, ER 91 Schemes.

1. With reference to the subject cited above, I furnish herewith the detailed notification inviting applications from the eligible candidates of C-09,C-14,C-16, C16S and ER 91 to appear for Supplementary, Mercy chance for C-09 Scheme (2013-14 batch)and Special Mercy Chance for Diploma Examination for C-09 scheme (PIN starts with 2010 & 11 who has not availed special mercy chance conducted in July 2017) commencing from 18-11- 2019 (Monday).

2. In this regard, it is informed that the candidates who wish to appear for the examinations can register Online at sbtet.telangana.gov.in for the Examination by making Payment of prescribed Fee online. The hall tickets can be downloaded and printed from the same portal from 01-11-2019. The candidate has to obtain the signature on the hall ticket from the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination.

3. Before remitting the fee, the candidate shall ensure the eligibility status, since fee once paid is not refundable,

4. All the Principals are requested to give the necessary instructions to the Head of Sections to sign on the hall tickets obtained from SBTET official website.

4. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

5. A student, who is not eligible to sit for examination for any of the reason, shall forfeit the Examination Fee paid.

SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess a minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized college/board in India.

Age Limit:

The age limit of the applicants should be a minimum of 20 years. Check the maximum age limit and age relaxation details from the official notification.

SSC CGL Selection Process

SSC CGL examinations will be conducted at 3 levels and they are Tier I, Tier II as well as Tier III. Aspirants need to qualify these rounds to get shortlisted for Group C and Group B posts.

Pay Scale

Selected aspirants will get a good pay scale along with the other applicable incentives. Candidates under group B will receive a salary of Rs, 9,300- Rs, 34,800, while those in Group C level will get Rs, 5,200 Rs, 20,200.

The exam will consist of 100 questions.
Each right answer will give you 2 marks and the wrong answer will give you 0.5 negative marks.

MALPRACTICES RULES

DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR MALPRACTICE/ IMPROPER CONDUCT IN EXAMINATIONS

	Nature of Malpractices/Improper conduct	Punishment
	If the candidate:
1(a)	Possesses or keeps accessible in examination hall, any paper, note book, programmable calculators, Cell phones, pager, palm computers or any other form of material concerned with or related to the subject of the examination (theory or practical) in which he is appearing but has not made use of (material shall include any marks on the body of the candidate which can be used as an aid in the subject of the examination)	Expulsion from the examination hall and cancellation of the performance in that subject only
(b)	Gives assistance or guidance or receives it from any other candidate orally or by any other body language methods or communicates through cell phones with any candidate or persons in or outside the exam hall in respect of any matter.	Expulsion from the examination hall and cancellation of the performance in that subject only of all the candidates involved. In case of an outsider, he will be handed over to the police and a case is registered against him.

The performance of the original candidate who has been impersonated, shall be cancelled in all the subjects of the examination (including practicals and project work) already appeared and shall not be allowed to appear for examinations of the remaining subjects of that semester/year. The candidate is also debarred for two consecutive semesters from class work and all University examinations. The continuation of the course by the candidate is subject to the academic regulations in connection with forfeiture of seat. If the imposter is an outsider, he will be handed over to the police and a case is registered against him.
4	Smuggles in the Answer book or additional sheet or takes out or arranges to send out the question paper during the examination or answer book or additional sheet, during or after the examination	Expulsion from the examination hall and cancellation of performance in that subject and all the other subjects the candidate has already appeared including practical examinations and project work and shall not be permitted for the remaining examinations of the subjects of that semester/year. The candidate is also debarred for two consecutive semesters from class work and all University examinations. The continuation of the course by the candidate is subject to the academic regulations in connection with forfeiture of seat.
5	Uses objectionable, abusive or offensive language in the answer paper or in letters to the examiners or writes to examiner requesting him to award pass marks	Cancellation of the performance in that subject

8	Possess any lethal weapon or firearm in the examination hall	Expulsion from the examination hall and cancellation of the performance in that subject and all other subjects the candidate has already appeared including practical examinations and project work and shall not be permitted for the remaining examinations of the subjects of that semester/year. The candidate is also debarred and forfeits the seat.
9	If student of the college, who is not a candidate for the particular examination or any person not connected with the college indulges in any malpractice or improper conduct mentioned in clause 6 to 8	Student of the colleges expulsion from the examination hall and cancellation of the performance in that subject and all other subjects the candidate has already appeared including practical examinations and project work and shall not be permitted for the remaining examinations of the subjects of that semester/year. The candidate is also debarred and forfeits the seat. Person(s) who do not belong to the College will be handed over to police and, a police case will be registered against them.
10	Comes in a drunken condition to the examination hall	Expulsion from the examination hall and cancellation of the performance in that subject and all other subjects the candidate has already appeared including practical examinations and project work and shall not be permitted for the remaining examinations of the subjects of that semester/year.
11	Copying detected on the basis of internal evidence, such as, during valuation or during special scrutiny	Cancellation of the performance in that subject and all other subjects the candidate has appeared including practical examinations and project work of that semester/year examinations.
12	If any malpractice is detected which is not covered in the above clauses 1 to 11 shall be reported to the University for further action to award suitable punishment

Malpractices identified by squad or special invigilators

1. Punishments to the candidates as per the above guidelines.

2. Punishment for institutions : (if the squad reports that the college is also involved in encouraging malpractices)

A show cause notice shall be issued to the college.
Impose a suitable fine on the college.
Shifting the examination centre from the college to another college for a specific period of not less than one year.

The results of the Typewriting and Shorthand Examinations (TWSH) held in the month of Aug/Sep 2019 have been declared and placed in the web site apsbtet.net/twshportal. The fee for recounting marks is @ Rs. 350/- per paper and photo copy per paper is @ Rs. 100/. The payment for obtaining photo copy and applying for recounting is through A.P. Online only. Check AP SBTET TWSH Results Aug/Sep 2019 – Released

Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates willing to appear for Typewriting and Shorthand examinations scheduled in the month of August/September, 2019. The Principals of Typewriting and Shorthand Institutes, which are recognised by the Department of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, are alone eligible to sponsor the candidates for the Typewriting and Shorthand Examinations schedule to be held during August/September, 2019. The applications of Typewriting Examinations sent by the Principals of unrecognised Typewriting Institutions, will be rejected without any intimation and the examination fee paid by them will be forfeited.Private candidates appearing for Typewriting & Shorthand Examinations are informed to go through the instructions given below carefully before filing the applications.

(a) Typewriting Lower and Higher Grade Examinations both in English and Telugu will be conducted in 4 batches.

(b) Typewriting Junior Grade in English Examinations will be conducted in only one batch, where the exams are scheduled for only one day i.e. along with the First batch of Higher Grade Examination and in two batches i.e., (I and II Batches) at the examination centres where exams are scheduled for two days i.e. along with First batch & Third batch of Higher Grade Examinations.

(c) Typewriting Urdu, both Lower and Higher Grade, Examinations will be conducted in one batch each, at Govt.Polytechnic, Vijayawada only, in view of very less number of candidates appearing for these examinations.

(d) Typewriting Hindi both Lower and Higher Grade Examinations will be conducted in one batch each in view of very less number of candidates appearing for these examinations.

(e) Totally blind candidates are also permitted for Typewriting Examinations. Separate Typewriting Question Paper in BRAILLE LANGUAGE will be given.

(f) The candidates must apply through a recognized Typewriting Institutions in Andhra Pradesh in case of first appearance for any of the examinations (any language or any grade). Subsequently one can appear privately by enclosing a copy of his previous Hall Ticket and requisite qualifications along with downloaded online application. Candidates can appear for shorthand examinations directly and submit their downloaded applications along with requisite documents to State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh Govt.

Employees appearing for the examination shall seek permission from their employer for appearing the examination. Instructions mentioned in the notification should be strictly adhered to.

(g) Typewriting Examinations will be conducted during the first week/second week of February, 2019 tentatively.

(h) Online application will be commenced tentatively during the last week of November, 2018 and will be placed in the SBTET website.
